A very cozy good room with closely located external bathroom. Everything clean and accurate.

Onestamente si fa fatica a trovare un neo, anche piccolo, a questa struttura. Centrale, silenziosa di notte, pulita, comunicazione veloce, personale gentile e disponibilissimo. Viaggio molto ma qui ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Location was perfect. It's close the the train station and two main harbor of the city. If you're planning to Amalfi Coast it's a nice place to stay in summer.

The host was very nice! All communication was done online. I was asked to communicate via iMessage, but had some trouble with it because I’m traveling internationally and using a European cell service. She worked with me to communicate via WhatsApp. The room was nice and was in a good spot. I was able to walk a block and hit a busy street with people, shops, and restaurants. A couple more blocks and I was at the waterfront.

The bed had no support. It needs to be replaced. When I sat down on it my butt hit the frame underneath the mattress. Lucky it was a large bed and I was able to sleep on the other side, but it still was comfortable. I don’t understand the swinging half walls in lots of European showers. This isn’t a fault of this hotel, but I don’t know how to use them without getting water all over the floor.

The location is excellent between the train station and the Centro Storico. Buses were convenient. The Lungo Mare was only two blocks away. There are good bars very nearby. The host was very responsive to questions.

Traffic noise can be annoying. The window looks out on a street light only a couple of meters away so it is necessary to use the black out curtains. I would have liked a very light blanket even though the temperatures were high.

A very clean spacious apartment with excellent location, 10 mins walking to the ferry station and 6 mins walking to train station.

Traffic noise in day, not too bad during sleeping hours, we are rural dwellers so maybe more sensitive to noise than some. Separate private bathroom, but was fully aware and only across corridor.

Location was fantastic. Very close to Salerno train station and port. Super close to town and lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was big and had a private external bathroom which was big enough too. Rosa gave us clear instructions on how the keys could be collected upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Cleaning service was available just that the towels could have been replaced.

I like to lift up to the fourth floor. However, hauling heavy bags up the next three flight of stairs was difficult.

Roof terrace was a very nice bonus, though we only used it twice due to unexpectedly rainy weather. Owner was kind and helpful. Space was large by European standards. Excellent location. Full service grocery store directly across the street. Quiet neighborhood, yet easy Walking distance to excellent restaurants, train station, ferry terminals, old town and pedestrian concourse

Supplies were too limited, never replenished. Nearly no dish soap, no soap in shower, one partial roll of toilet paper, no pepper in tiny shaker, 5 paper napkins for a 5 day stay etc. Towels were not exchanged until the last day. Shower stall needed a good cleaning. Might sound picky, but these are the things that separate 4 star vs 5 star review.

Location was excellent, in the centre of town,close to shops, restaurants, beach and things to visit. It was anThe washing machine was easy walk from the train station and to the ferry port. Supermarket is just across the road which was very convenient. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the host was very friendly and had good suggestions for the local area

The washing machine, didn't work at first and the bathroom door creaked. We hadn't realised that there was another room being used in the apartment and that surprised us on the first night but it was easily sorted by locking an additional door in the hallway to make the apartment self contained.

Rosa and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable and central. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Salerno.

The only minus, hence 9 points, would be mobile connection is not good in the building. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom was clean and bright and modern but a little squeezy. Other than that the property was superb The ferries and station are in walking distance and your host is full bottle on all of the local attractions. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is well located, very close to shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, the marina etc. The owner is very kind and helpful and provided us with information on places of interest to visit. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfy.

Perfect location. Rooftop terrace was empty, huge, and beautiful. Easy check in via WhatsApp.

Huge private terrace with outdoor furniture incl.sunbeds and lots of lovely plants. Central location. The host kept in contact with us and sent Rosaria to meet us and show us the apartment. Very secure private spacious apartment in a lovely palazzo with a lift up to the 4th floor. A great location for restaurants and the beach .Good sized shower and bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Effective air conditioning in the main living area.

Although I had seen the photos, the reality of sleeping and eating in one room isn't great. Half size fridge and uncomfortable table and chairs. Badly designed wardrobe. You need to use the hook provided to hang each item. Shower door doesn't fully close so spray needs to be angled away from it. Regrouting of tiles badly needed. No cleaning provided unless you pay. We got clean towels after 3 days when I asked. The bed is 2 single beds pushed together. But for us the worst was the lack of recycling which is at odds with all other parts of Italy we have visited. Separate bins could be kept under cover on the terrace. One small lined bin and one replacement bag under the sink for ALL rubbish is unacceptable.

The flat had a kitchen, bathroom, good sized room for the parents and bunk beds for our full sized 13yo boys. Very comfortable and a great location 10 minutes walk from the train station and ferries and across the street from a grocery store in a quiet urban neighborhood. Perfect!

The air conditioning was too cold at night? Wonderful!
