The breakfast buffet and beds underneath were dusty.

No fuss, clean, spacious, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Good air flow throughout the hotel.

These are not major dislikes but if the weather had been warmer the swimming pool was a bit too small for more than a handful of people and it needed to be cleaner.

I booked for junior suite that included breakfast however for some reason on the hotel system my breakfast was not included . there was a little bit of a faff about this but eventually sorted it out. I would also assume if you booked one of the better rooms , it would include the breakfast . they later told me it did . I didn’t like the room very much . it didn’t have a tall length mirror anywhere . the only mirror was the one in the bathroom and very far away from any natural light . i think adding in a fall length mirror would be good .

Really great customer service and the rooms were cleaned. What you see in the photos is what you get. Really great location too.

only small issue was the shower only having an overhead rose and not an on the wall shower head option. Also the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain.

We were so surprised at how big the room was, the only thing missing would be a nice couch but other than that, everything was perfect. Facilities were top notched (especially loved the rain shower head and the slippers). We only stayed for one night but wish we could've stayed longer!

Hope you could provide adapters for every room.

Well designed property that was located near excellent cafes, restaurants and the beach.

We opted for the twin room that was facing the main road - soundproofing was non-existent throughout the entire day. Horns, motorcycle vrooms and sirens were audible throughout the night. Probably not a good idea for light sleepers. Tried to ask for a change of room facing the pool but was told only queen beds available and would require a 200000 idr surcharge.

Noisy! Walls were too thin, lots of noise from rooms next door!

Amazing stay! Super clean, wonderful staff, peaceful rooms and very good bathroom! Would stay again!

Great location, close to beach but also to town centre. Really thoughtful staff and the comfiest bed!

The breakfast was not great considering the cost. I found it odd that they charged extra for ordering lattes etc. the free coffee available was not drinkable. Again my comment is considering the cost of breakfast, if it was cheaper, I’d have had lower expectations for it and been fine.

Perfect place to stay in seminyak

The service is good. They prepared takeaway breakfast for my morning 2:30am Mt. Batur sunrise tour.

Breakfast can be improved, especially the coffee, it's totally tasteless.

Bed extremely comfortable in a good sized room. Location is relative to one's needs but this hotel is in a quieter spot with easy and abundent access to passing transport if needed. Plenty of good cafes and eateries nearby at local prices.

The juliet balconies are pretty useless. Not wide enough for seating or tables with most room balconies in shade for all or most of the day. Swmming pool was always in shadow, either from building or large tree. The pool had no steps or stairs for entry or exit. There was an undulating lower edge. This would be difficult to navigate for many older people. I struggled to exit the pool without q step or rail. There was no directory on services. I didn't know for 3 days that there was a small library, no information on tv channel availability without scrolling through each individually. Also embedded into the decorative room numbers were wheels to indicate whether room needed to be made up or not. Took me 3 days to discover this also. Little things that a simple welcome page could provide. Not all staff spoke English well to ask more complicated questions. Room didn't have a chair just a stool.

The pool is splendid, the room spacious and clean. The breakfast à la carte was delicious. We lost the key of our luggage lock and the staff was very responsive. 10min later the luggage was open.

One day we got breakfast buffet and the food was quite oily.
