Good location with undercover parking

Apartment needs a though clean... under beds very dusty, windows, mirror and TV washed with dirty water leaving heavy streaks. Most fittings are loose ie towel rake, hand basin, taps in shower leaking causing rising damp on wall in lounge. Because of these issue's the apartment wasn't value for the money we spent. In conclusion we were disappointed.

we never got to stay as they cancelled our booking and only told us 24 hours beforehand whilst we were on a plane travelling from England to Australia. There was no email communication to tell us bookings.com were useless and very unhelpful when we phoned to check as the address they sent us through had changed. We were directed to another apartment which was on a busy main road. The apartment wasn’t ready for us at 2:30, and after 16 hours travelling, the whole thing was a nightmare.

The location is good, view is great. Very quite location and convenient.

Board band speed was a bit slow especially on the weekend. If they provide shower gel rather than soap will be much better.

the kitchen table is very wobbly and dangerous I had a hot drink on one side when my husband cut his sandwich which caused the table to wobble and tip and my drink nearly split over me. bathroom door couldn’t close Shower fittings cheap and not easy to use with the way they sprayed water Too many rules re emptying garbage leaving all kitchen electrical items clean with warnings of charging for cleaning I can understand if left very dirty that should be then addressed but not having to leave all perfect for paying guests Only place in our travels that stated this We have always left our stays tidy and in order.

The apartment was not ready when we arrived at 2:30pm (agreed check in was 2pm) and we could not enter until 3:30 pm. The manager had arrived but he did not apologise, on the contrary tried to tell us it was not 2pm yet. Apartment is in need of maintenance: bathroom door is warped and doesn't shut, light bulb over bathroom mirror blown out, shower taps loose. Glass dinning table due to its design can't be leaned on when eating.

The location was fantastic. It was a stones throw to water with a great bike and walking path. Shops were a minute walk. Lots of coffee shops butcher supermarket and more.
