Un appartement entièrement rénové de 2 lits, 1. 5 salles de bains à l'étage avec une excellente douche et des toilettes séparées. Il dispose également d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec une plaque de cuisson électrique, un four, un four micro-ondes et un barbecue Weber Baby Q. Allora dispose également d'une blanchisserie entièrement équipée avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser.
Les 2 chambres comprennent un lit queen size dans la chambre principale et 2 lits king simples dans la 2ème chambre avec des draps de qualité supérieure. Les deux chambres ont des peignoirs en miroir intégrés, des climatiseurs à cycle inversé ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond.

Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et rénovée avec tous les appareils modernes et buanderie avec chargeur frontal avec machine et sèche-linge. Un fer et une planche à repasser sont également fournis.
Grand salon et salle à manger avec écran LCD 55 pouces, télévision à écran LED et climatiseur à cycle inversé. Il y a un petit balcon orienté nord-est pour s'asseoir et se détendre au soleil du matin ou regarder les lumières de la ville la nuit, qui dispose également d'un petit barbecue Weber Q à la disposition des clients.

La place de parking est pour 1 véhicule et un parking supplémentaire est disponible dans le quartier commerçant à proximité.
Transports publics disponibles avec des services fréquents vers Perth et Fremantle juste devant la porte d'entrée.
D'excellents cafés et magasins de l'autre côté de la route et l'hôtel Raffles se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture ou à 20 minutes à pied. Très proche de la rivière Swan avec d'excellents sentiers pour la marche et le cyclisme.
Un excellent emplacement dans un petit complexe dans un quartier calme et verdoyant, à proximité d'excellents cafés et magasins.

Wonderful location, thoughtful touches
Such a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I hadnt realised when booking the apartment that a wonderful set of shops - cafes, restaurants and a very swanky IGA are at your doorstep. I caught the bus into town one day and the bus stop was at the front of the property!
The many thoughtful touches from the hosts were very much appreciated - all the staples were provided - meaning after a long flight we could have a great cup of coffee and a snack without venturing any further than the kitchen.
The apartment was sparkling clean and very very comfortable.
We will definitely stay here again!

Best Stayz Accomodation!
Our family loved this accommodation! It had absolutely everything we needed, was super clean and even has a great view. We will be recommending to family and friends and hope to book again soon.

Lovely accomodation
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfectly situated next to the village and very close to the river, which we love to walk in the mornings. The accomodation is very clean, has everything thing we could need for our stay. Thank you Carol

What a great place, had river and city views, the host was fantastic, I arrived in the evening and the host already had milk, bread and butter and other condiments for my arrival

Just perfect
Carol was a wonderful host with clear and prompt communication, understanding of our situation with a child in hospital and then post surgery. The unit was beautifully provisioned and presented - and around the corner from delightful coffee shops and restaurants. Thanks!

Cool and calm and clean, welcoming and well located.
We arrived following a 5 hour drive from down south, in the evening of a 40 degree Perth summer day. Carol had very thoughtfully been to Allora and turned the airconditioning on for us, as well as leaving milk, bread, fruit & eggs. We walked in to a gleamingly clean, cool, well organised apartment, and were instantly impressed and at ease . We really appreciated the quality linen on comfortable beds, abundant towels and toiletries in great bathroom, and all the equipment in kitchen. We walked to fabulous restaurants and cafes, enjoyed the weekend outdoor cafe bustle of the neighbourhood, found anything we needed (and a few things we didn't need but were delighted to find) at the nearby bookshop/newsagency/bottleshop/grocer/patisserie/boutiques. The happy community of locals, kids walking dogs, cyclists, strollers and walkers was lovely to step into. But once we were back in Allora it was quiet and peaceful and airy, with views of the city from its second floor vantage point, and trees and flowering shrubs in the gardens around the apartment block.
This is a great apartment and Carol is obviously an experienced and organised host, who anticipates needs, offers extra hospitable touches, and responds to requests really promptly. Good value. We will stay again and recommend it to any friends visiting Perth.

Lovely bright modern apartment in great location
A very well equipped and comfortable second floor apartment. Bright and modern. Parking space under building. Very quiet neighbourhood and a minute’s walk across the road to cafes and shops. Lots of little extras provided and a very helpful owner. We found it was a great base for exploring Perth and Fremantle. Only downside is that it is 32 steps up from the car, but it was worth the climb!

Just perfect everything we wanted and more
The apartment was wonderful could not be faulted, close to river, cafe and shops. All our needs were catered for by the owner, beds were extremely comfortable and a great location. We look forward to staying again when we are next in Perth.

Beautifully apointed in a terrific location!

Fabulous property excellent host
Exceptionally clean and modern property. Well located with shopping hub across the road where you can get groceries, bottle shop, great coffee and massages! Fabulous host Carol who firstly checked before taking booking if my mother would manage the stairs, put on airconditioning prior to arrival, left us with goodies to make sure we could survive without racing out to get milk, bread, fruit and much much more. Comfortable beds with a great supply of towels, a kitchen with everything you could need. I will be returning.

More than excellent property
A beautiful and neat house with everything you need. In fact, Carol provided so much for us, we didn't need to use things we brought along or buy more. Quality stuff, generous provision and organised house. Highly recommended.

Home away from home
Carol went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect like having the essentials like bread, milk. tea, coffee and juice ready to use on our arrival which was perfect for two hungry children. Unfortunately the whole week we stayed it rained so she even provided us with umbrellas to use and camp chairs to watch my daughters games at the AFL competition which we were there for. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower too. Carol was so accommodating and even allowed us a late check out. Eleven out of ten for service.

Loved the apartment, it had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed before and again the apartment had all that was needed plus some extra additions (Split system air conditoners in both bedrooms). Location is great.Perth CBD in 1 direction & Fremantle in the other direction.

Really good apartment
I don't REALLY want to give a raving review on Allora Apartment because I'd like to know it'll always be available when I want to book it! That's how good it is. But it deserves to be fully booked and it would be mean not to share.
Why I like it:
1) Location is perfect for me. My son is a boarder at Aquinas College and Applecross is perfectly located for access to the school as well as restaurants, shops, etc.
2) The price is right for my budget.
3) The apartment is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
4) Free WiFi, which works.
5) Good owner. Carol clearly invests a lot of her own personal time in Allora. The standards are very high and the personal touches make it feel like home. The basic provisions provided in the kitchen, including the gorgeous bowl of fruit, were thoughtful and a godsend.
6) Good energy. I don't know anything about Feng Shui, but when you walk into Allora you just immediately and instinctively know it's right. Generous windows provide great light and pleasant breezes; the white slatted shutters hint at a delightful seaside undertone; the sofas are really comfortable - not leather thank god! - with cosy blankets thrown over the backs and there's even a tiny balcony with a Weber BBQ. From the balcony is a sliver of a view of the river and the city. A really good energy flows through this apartment.
A few things that were a bit niggly, but really no problem at all:
1) The front door is a bit tricky to lock. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy. I woke up at 2.00 one morning and went into the kitchen to get a glass of water and saw the door was wide open; the screen door was locked, so it wasn't a massive issue, but I made sure to double check I'd shut and locked it properly from then on.
2) Twin Room. The pillows in this room weren't great. The foam ones were quite hard and the feather ones so light they provided hardly any support. I found the red bedspread and cushion covers a bit heavy for this time of the year (Feb) and felt they overwhelmed the room, particularly if 2 people are sharing it.
3) We were a bit taken aback at first with the bathroom, which is combined with the laundry, but is, in fact, fine and works perfectly once you realize that the laundry sink is in fact also the bathroom basin. It would be nice to have a shower curtain, or even better a door, for the shower but it's ok without it too.
4) We had been asked not to use the tumble drier because it generates condensation on the ceiling,
