Stunning location in a very comfortable home close to town. Dark hallway with squeaky floorboards, but its the charm of this cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Size and location

the bed in the bedroom with adjoining wall to lounge was very uncomfortable

The location was lovely we all couldn’t believe how big the rooms were.

The house and surrounding area was beautiful and very spacious. My friends and I were blown away upon arriving to the guest house marvelling at both its exterior and interior design. The furniture was clean, comfortable and abundant which accommodated all of us combined with the large bedrooms made our weekend a fantastic success.

Having only one bathroom isn't quite ideal for 4+ bedrooms for the price you pay. An additional bathroom would have really improved the house. Furthermore, although somewhat minor, wifi is somewhat a necessary utility which the guesthouse lacked completely. Overall was a great place other than these minor issues!

Size of rooms. Wood fire. Host replaced fault which meant reading lights were not working.

There was a dead mouse in our bed! No response from host during our stay. Bedroom very dusty. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Unfortunately the contact number I had for any problems was never answered the first time I rang & then the second time I rang it was not answered either but then a text message came through. We had no gas for the hot water to start with, but was fixed promptly. The cornice in the lounge room was cracked & dangerous, as about to fall anytime.

Bathrooms could of been cleaner & would of been nice to arrive with gas for the hot water service to start with. Didn't like looking at a cracked cornice in the lounge room of which could of fallen at anytime.

Location was perfect, nice walking distance to the Main Street

An outside fire pit or enclosed area to sit would have been a bonus
