Cet établissement était tout bonnement exceptionnel. Les salons étaient superbes, les chambres également et au calme. La literie, nous a permis de dormir confortablement. Pas loin du centre et des différentes activités. Le petit déjeuner était suffisamment complet et varié. Rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. Le personnel était aux petits soins de A à Z. Parlant même le français. 10/10

Conveniently situated in the old part of Pisa, the B&B is a converted Nuns theatre. The access (front) was not easy to find arriving at night, but once inside the property is remarkably welcoming and cosy. Coffee is always available in the shared guest space. Decor and ambiance great and although we visited in Feb and therefore did not utilise the outside courtyard, this is very probably an excellent place in spring etc to take a coffee and relax. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly.

I am not a fan of self check in and prefer to have a member of staff on hand on arrival - be wary if arriving "after hours". The room we were allocated, whilst comfortable, was immediately off the communal space and runs a risk of being noisy. Ask for a 1st floor room to avoid this.

Entire stay was amazing, from reception through breakfasts to departure, very recommended. ;) It's very close to all the attractions and situated near a lovely garden. Personnel was also very kind. ;)

The property is located in the old city center. Everything you need is right there: shops, restaurants, attractions. The place is amazing, downstairs there are 2 living areas full of books and very nicely decorated. The rooms are cozy with a nice garden view. The bathroom is a bit small, could be uncomfortable for a long stay. The garden is cozy, decorated with lights and a few tables with chairs. The breakfast is delicious and they even serve sweets, coffee, tea and water non stop. The staff and the owner are very welcoming and nice. We had a lot of great talks with them. It is the perfect place even if the weather is bad and you have to stay in. Will definitely come back and recommend this location to everyone.

The bathroom is small and the shower has only a big fixed head. It was a challenge to take a shower without getting my hair wet.

L'établissement est magique, on a un effet wow en arrivant à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très très accueillant, tout est fait pour nous faciliter le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est royal, la chambre était superbe et confortable, spacieuse.

La table d'accueil avec boissons, fruits et quelques gâteaux au milieu d'un décor cocooning nous a agréablement surpris à notre arrivée. Béatrice (qui parle un peu français) nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie : elle nous a donné un plan de la ville, s'est chargée de payer le stationnement que nous avions trouvé juste devant le B&B (places publiques matérialisées par des lignes blanches, coût 15 Euros pour 24 h en plus de la chambre) et nous a même réservé un restaurant pour le soir. La situation géographique est top près des remparts et à proximité de tous les lieux à visiter. Le petit jardin au calme bien que l'on soit au centre ville est très agréable pour lire après avoir marché tout l'après-midi ou prendre le petit déjeuner très varié (salé et sucré) et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit confortable, très propre et paisible.

The property has a parking icon in the list of facilities. In fact the parking is not on site - it’s in the street or public parking square outside and you have to pay €20 to enter the old city. The staff are very helpful and organise car registration and payment for you. For me the parking symbol usually means it’s on site.

La ubicación es estupendo, el entorno del hotel con su jardín interior precioso, la habitación amplia, limpia y con gran confort y el desayuno abundante.

Property was beautiful especially the communal areas. Everything was within walking distance, the leaning tower of Pisa was 15 minute walk away and the station that took you to many different places was a 20 minute walk, we got a train into Florence for the day which took 50 minutes. So many places to eat you are spoilt for choice The staff were outstanding very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was lovely such a perfect way to start the day. As we were celebrating my mums 70th birthday they did place a bottle of Prosecco and some cakes into the room for her which was lovely. The airport is less than a 10 minute drive and cost around €17-20 unfortunately we were not able to use the transfers that the property arranged but was very easy to get a taxi in airport and from hotel. Everyone in Italy was so happy and friendly, prices were very good too in fact they were cheaper than London and Surrey prices.

Underbar miljö, vackert möblerade rum. Sällskapsytor, frukostsal lika vackra! En njutning. Gatuportarna är slitna och skvallrar inte om denna verkliga oas bakom portarna. Frukosten med stort utbud vackra bakverk kändes extra lyxig.

Excellent staff, check in was really easy, with great directions. Breakfast was fantastic, and the building itself is gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the courtyard the room looked onto was lovely and quiet. A really fab B&B!

A couple of super minor things but it would have been helpful to have a bin in the main bedroom as well as the bathroom, and due to the heat and keeping things cold, a fridge would have been a nice add on.
