The property was new, bright, spacious, and well designed. The spacious lobby / breakfast room was very attractive and functional, The rooms were great. The desk staff was pretty good but just a bit aloof. The breakfast staff were great. We used the outside / covered pool in November. It could have been warmer.

Price was a bit on the high side. There's nothing the hotel can do about the traffic at the entry. However, guests should note that it sits at the intersection of an extremely busy narrow 4-lane road. Right turns onto this road are difficult and dangerous due to the narrow lanes, high speed of oncoming traffic and small turning radius. Left turns are IMPOSSIBLE. I mention this even though the hotel was a nearly perfect La Quinta because it was very stressful getting to and out of the property.

The breakfast was great.

The way that I was treated when I arrived. I was disrespected because of a misunderstanding with the people in line before me. My family and I have stayed at numerous Properties and this was the first bad experience. I had to call 911 because I felt threatened.

The free breakfast was great. :) Loved the Dove amenities. Loved the later check out time. Loved all of the upgrades in the room. The beds were pretty comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

The view outside our window wasn’t so great. Wish there were scrambled eggs.

Never really talked to any staff but was very clean.

We had to move in the middle of night because we had no water .But they did give us another room quick.

Very clean and neat. Everything worked as it should. Location and parking were good. We did use the pool and it was nice and was clean in and around it.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Bacon was small and there wasn't much of it. Waffles didn't exist. It was almost 7:30 before the lady started to put out the batter and stuff to make them. I lost interest while waiting for her to finish and I just had a couple muffins. Breakfast could have been WAY better.

Better accommodate travelers that have to arrive late so that they actually get what they pay for I paid full price for two rooms that weren’t what I expected and only was able to stay half the time paid for due to delay in work not the hotels fault but they could be more understanding and at least had let us use the whole facility we couldn’t even use the pool they only supply a small bar of soap that doesn’t smell pleasant and the breakfast was not very much cheap paper plates to eat on no whole milk sausage bacon and things were microwave foods no toaster bagels were old. Rooms were both singles when I asked for one single king and the other to be double beds instead we got a pull out that was to uncomfortable to even sleep on.

The bed and the pillows were perfect, as was the size and style of the room. Great layout, furniture and decor.

It was a good location with friendly staff.

There was something really gross on the walls (looked like some kind of bodily fluid...) and the carpets were filthy.
