Convenient to airport. Fast shuttle service.

Understaffed. I felt bad for the desk clerk who had to double as the shuttle driver.

When I went to check in the room wasn’t accessible and it was an hour and 45 minutes after the check in time and the room was not clean and ready. The front desk told me she would see what she can do. She gave us a dirty room with food still in the microwave from the previous person. We didn’t even stay there, it was a horrible experience.

I liked the convenience of the location.

I always double check for cleanliness before unpacking or laying in the bed. Upon checking, I pulled back the sheets and found a small little bug, and paid no mind to it thinking I may have been "overthinking" things. My husband and I went to have dinner, came back and I checked the bed again, and found 3 more bugs! Plain as day just crawling on the sheets! I was appalled! I called the front desk to let them know and see if I can have a refund, bc I refuse to lay in a bed as such. He insisted I take another "cleaner" room instead. It was 3or4 am at this point and agreed. Waited ANOTHER Hour bc he never called me back to tell me a status of the room, and when he answered he said OMG as in he forgot about me and immediately started apologizing saying I have room 204 available RIGHT now. At this time its damn near 6am, before we finally got settled. He was very rude, and inconsiderate, CONSIDERING he came take pics of the bugs hisself to show his manager. Never again will I ever stay here or recommend to anyone.
