In deze B&B wou ik absoluut verblijven en mijn verwachtingen werden zeker ingelost.
Vlakbij de veerboot en toch zeer rustig om het Comomeer te verkennen.
Een huis (en een baas) met een ziel.
Heel mooie tuin om te ontbijten met lokale producten.
Gratis parking op 50 meter van de locatie die enkel te voet te bereiken is.

Magnifique demeure. Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique de nos hôtes. On voit qu'ils aiment cette veille demeure pleine de charme et ils font tout pour la rendre meilleure tout en gardant son authenticité. La chambre est vaste avec vue sur le jardin. Il manquerait juste une petite table dans la salle de douche, à trouver lors d'une brocante. Petit déjeuner fait maison et ajusté à des contraintes diététiques (gluten, ...)

A beautifully restored house with lots old details and modern conveniences. Giuliana and Doriano take great pride in their B&B which is also their home. They were warm and welcoming. We were very interested in the house and they were eager to share its history with us. They gave us helpful information on the ferries, which villas to visit and restaurants. We stayed 3 nights, the room and bed were very comfortable, the bedding and towels were very high quality.
Breakfast was served in the spacious garden, surrounded by flowering bushes and ancient trees. They pride themselves on serving locally grown or raised products. We had fruit from their farm, local jams, cheeses and meats, as well as breads, juice and coffee. This is an exceptional property.
The B&B was a little hard to find, as the street address didn't show up in the car GPS system. But once we did find the B&B, it was easy to find it again. Parking was convenient and safe.

The owners of the B&B are very warm hearted and friendly and organized us a restaurant for dinner. Clean rooms as on photos in well restaurated house and the garden is very beautiful and good for siesta. Breakfast was made with love and selfmade cake and great variety of food. We had a very nice and just perfect stay at Villa Rosalinda and can recommend it to everybody!

Truly an exceptional place to stay. The 16th century Villa is renovated in a way that conserves the original beauty of the place (beautiful original frescas among other things). The villa is in a superb location, very close to a public beach and practically next door to some beautiful restaurants.If you like good wine and local food , I recommend Osteria del Bumbardin. There are plenty activities you can do around the lake.
The owners are amazing, helpful and very kind. They make you feel welcome in their home and show you everything that is typical for the locals.
You are served only local produce and homemade cakes for breakfast and as a bonus everything you see is as sustainable as possible.
This is 100% the best B&B I've stayed in and I hope to come back soon.

The reception by the owners was amazing, they were really passionate about their home, which was very beautiful and romantic. They restored it beautifully, breakfast was more than perfect and served in the beautiful garden. We had a very spacious room, comfortabled bed, nice shower.

Villa Rosalinda and garden was fantastic.
Since the first moment we arrived the owners Doriano and Giovanna were incredibly welcoming and warm.
The breakfast is great with quality, locally sourced products and home made delicious cakes. Also, breakfast was served in their magnificant garden, which made our morning more memorable.
Villa Rosalinda is in calm street, which leads to the city centre and other objects.

Location is excellent. Very quiet, old historical garden but only 2 min walking to the restaurants and lakeside. You can rent a boat yourself or take the public boat to discover all the beautifull spots alongside Lake Como. Villa Rosalinda is the perfect place in Dongo. The owners clearly like to run this and offer a wonderfull stay. The breakfast is great with a lot of attention to quality, locally sourced products and home made delicious cakes. If one day we come back to lake Como, we will not look for any other place.

Villa was absolutely fantastic and garden - well it is more like a park - was extremely beautiful. I have never ever had more kind and expert service anywhere. I felt like I was a guest, not a customer.

There was nothing not to like about this wonderful accommodation. Doriano and Giovanna made us feel like family. They were the best hosts that we have ever encountered. Highly, highly recommended.

The owners were fantastic. The room was great. It was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were really quit wonderful and unique. We enjoyed the villa very much. It was the best part of lake Como. We would definitely come to this villa again and we recommended it to many of our friends.

An absolutely delightful sympathetically restored Villa. Lovely comfortable large bed with quality linen and towels.
Breakfast, consisting of local yoghurt, breads, cakes and preserves, was served in the garden.
The hosts were welcoming and charming and told us much of the history of the house and restoration.

The owners are such a lovely couple who made the stay extra special. The house is about 400 years old and some rooms have very old paintings on the ceilings, which are just beautiful. Breakfast was great, almost everything from local producers. If you are noise sensitive I would recommend earplugs (I needed them, my partner didn’t hear anything), but besides that everything was great.

Our hosts were the best, attentive and accommodating, the rooms with fresco and terracotta flooring plain gorgeous with the high tea breakfast in the beautiful garden setting simply exquisite (including well introduced local produce like cheese and cold meats).

A beautiful villa with gorgeous views of the mountains. The spinellis were such lovely hosts and their lovely dog tia. Breakfast was beautiful both mornings and the whole experience was really wonderful.

Great building with a reach history - over 400 years building. Owner has also really interesting life stories to tell, so when you combine everything together it gives you a great place to stay. Breakfast is very good with local products and from owner’s garden.

From the friendly welcome everything was delightful. The old house has been beautifully restored leaving many of the original details. The location is very convenient and the owner and his wife were super friendly and helpful. Great care was taken with the breakfast with lots of local produce and home made/ home grown produce.

beautiful, romantic and aristocratic villa Rosalinda, with the most warm and friendly staff made us feel like city-escaping to visit family members in Como. decorated with antiques, like from another era. only 5' walking from the bus station or the ferry dock. doriano and his wife were so kind and they pay attention in every single detail in order to make your stay perfect. 100% recommended
