Excellent Location. Nikolas and his wife was very kind and the breakfast was very good.

The property is a cute apartment building, recently renovated by a very nice couple.
The room was new, beautiful and super clean. Everything was well maintained and organized. The building itself is also new and well designed.
The view from our window was exceptional, and there is a nearby beach (5 min walk).
The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was the breakfast. It was too small and light. I think that if the breakfast would improve to include maybe 1-2 more elements, plus additional types of coffee/tea (besides filter coffee), that would make this property truly super.

Our guest Nikos and his wife were very kind with our kid, very polite. The room was very clean and the view from the big balcony beautiful.

Everything is exactly as described. Location is really nice and quiet, away from any noise you would be accustomed to (especially when you come from a big city).
Beach is 2 minutes away by foot with sunbeds and umbrellas provided free of charge. Most of the times you can be by yourself on the beach and forget about everything.
Breakfast can be served at the common tables in the courtyard, or in your room and includes great selection of local products.
All rooms have an amazing view of the sea and you can enjoy the sunset along with a glass of wine.
Also, Nikos is an amazing host, making sure you have everything you need and giving great suggestions of places to see around.
Our dogs would definitely recommend it and would want to come back here. They are still sad even now, since we retuned home 2 days ago.

Very clean and well organised, with a fantastic view to the (semi private) quiet beach with crystal clear water. The location is set strategically outside the village, with immediate access to the road, ideal for excursions. The only drawback is the semi-rare traffic of the nearby road that might be a problem for light-sleepers who prefer open windows. Personally I enjoyed waking up early and enjoying a morning coffee in the sea-view balcony.

For the price that we paid, everything exceeded our expectations. The owner, Mr Ionnis, was very accommodating and friendly. The beach which is across the road from the property is the cleanest part of Rovies. Deck chairs and umbrellas were provided for free by the management. Simply superb!! We had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment to others.
