Camera comoda e pulita, parcheggio in un ambito protetto. Difficile chiedere di più.

Sulla colazione secondo me ci sono alcuni margini di miglioramento. Non sono un appassionato di torte a colazione e preferirei più scelta nelle brioche.

Villa stupenda che ti porta indietro nel tempo ,arredi ricercati,camera con tutti i confort. Accoglienza familiare Posizione strategica per visitare i castelli romani e Roma

a parte l'incertezza iniziale nell' individuare l'ingresso, direi che poi una volta entrato, ho trovato una sorta di Paradiso... bellissimo parco, comodissimo parcheggio e... una villa che all' interno è stupenda! la mia camera era una vera bomboniera, oltre ad ogni confort, quel lucernario... uno sguardo verso il cielo, un occhio vero la luna... sicuramente merita il massimo dei voti!

The villa is amazing, surrounded by a beautiful garden, full of books and cd. It is a really amazing place to relax for a couple of days.

The garden is beautiful and well kept, however it is not possible to sit in the garden as all the chairs are dirty.

Setting is beautiful and public rooms have lovely furnishings and atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom had rusty shower leaving doubts about cleanliness. The garden furniture was dirty - mouldy cushions and nothing had been swept.

The grounds were well kept and the shared entry space was decorated nicely. The room was a good size and bed was comfy. Continental breakfast was nice. Close drive to Fraschetta and Arricia, if that’s your destination. Good value especially if you are traveling with family and need more than one room.

Booking claims there is a pool, restaurant and bar, not true. There might be a restaurant (?) but it was closed (seasonally or permanently, I don’t know). The entrance to the hotel is through a tiny narrow gate and path, which was very tight for our car rental. It’s a little hard to find, so you won’t see the hotel from the street. You definitely need a car to stay here. Air conditioning was poor, and thankfully it wasn’t super hot so we opened the windows.

Quite location with a large room. Very friendly staff with good care of the guests. The breakfast had a good variety of choice.

When we arrived the room was not ready. The staff explained to us that they had an issue which I fully understand that can happen but is still annoying to have the check-in at 3pm and have the possibility to have the room few minutes earlier than 4pm.

The furniture was extraordinary. Old and together in a very delicate touch. Liberty style. The owner is an architect and he put all his art on it. Rooms very clean. Breakfast excellent .

The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly to open the breakfast earlier for my schedule. The location is 2.5km away from Frascati town center. It is not convenient to get there in the evening by walk.

The room and the environment around is quiet and clean. It is a good place to stay if you have a car which can make the stay more convenient.

We keep on going back to this beautiful Villa. It is just amazing, the host is extremely pleasant and interesting to chat with. Great breakfast . beautiful garden . it is a gem

there was an issue with ants only in our room on the ground floor (my brother was in the next room and did not have any issues). The problem was immediately tackled and staff was very helpful.

Beautiful villa with a big garden. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The rooms could use a little maintanance, but were super clean. Even though located on a busy street, the place is quiet and has a nice, peaceful mood. Free private parking. Walls in the rooms are kinda thin, so you hear a lot of what's going on in the neighbouring room (an vice versa). A villa full of history, check out the common spaces with lots of antiques and art.

They could have offered more healthy options at breakfast including a better selection of fresh fruit. They could offer more healthy cereals including muesli. They could put oat milk on the breakfast menu.

The place is beautiful, welcoming, very classy and tasty with paintings and a grand piano in the main living area. Rooms are confortable nad well aired and with plenty of light . During our stay the owner, who also manages a cultural assopciation, invited us for free to listen to a piano concert of a contemporary italian pianist and composer. It was such a wonderful experience. The owner is extremely nice, interesting and when available in the property he likes to chat with interest with the guests. I totally recommend this graceful place

Breakfast could be improved by offering fresh bread and handmade marmelades or other local products that would add a warm touch to the already very pleasant stay

Beautiful and centrally located Villa. Staff was amazing and very helpful. This is our families new spot outside of Rome.
