Great location opposite the beach.

Very close to the nice beach.The apartment had everything you needed. Staff very helpful. Cleaning every day if you wanted
.Shops and restaurants around the junction. Fitness and pool at the hotel for extra cost. There are also fitness centers in the city near the hotel.
A heavily trafficked road between the hotel and the beach. Didn't bother much on the beach. Hotel 45 floors high. A lot of waiting for elevators. A little responsive between apartments. A little bad air because of the traffic but not nearly as much as in Da Nang

Oh dear… this place was AWFUL!
It was seriously terrible. Like utterly awful. Dirty, run down room. Looks nothing like the photos. the bed cover was dirty when we arrived and had to be changed. The was mold all over the wall in the bedroom. The “extra bed” we were provided with was a thin little mattress thrown on the floor. Disgusting all around. The staff were nice and that’s the only good thing I can say about it.

Owner eventually let us stay for a few extra hours for free after argument
The room we booked was being refurbished so we got moved to a different room without a view (no discount), we were cooking in the new room and the plug socket caught on fire and the whole kitchen power went off, and extractor fan didn't work anyway. We then got moved again to a third apartment, which hasn't been cleaned and so pretty filthy. Owner wouldn't give us any discount, he didn't seem to care about the issues. Stayed in far nicer places for less money. Given a 4 instead of a 1 because after an argument we were allowed a late check out free of charge.

It was the perfect location for my trip. 2 min walk to the beach. Staff was very nice, attentive and friendly, daily cleaning service and new towels everyday. Comfy-ish bed.
The microwave, some dishes and kitchenware had mould growing inside.
lack of cutlery (it was couple of spoons and 1 fork).

The view from the ocean view apartment is amazing. The location is super great, opposite of the beach. We can see the sunrise from here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and kitchen facilities suitable for the family with children.
The kitchen facilities should be equipped with the scissors. One of elevators' button is difficult to press.
