Du 1er mars au 1er novembre - chaque famille invitée réservée, notre unité recevra un service quotidien GRATUIT de transats de plage et une utilisation quotidienne GRATUITE (une heure gratuite) de leur choix de motomarine. Les choix de motomarines sont les suivants: planche de surf, planche à pagaie ou kayak (limité à un choix par groupe d’invités et non par membre invité). Notre 1 lit / 1. 5 Bath unit - SeaDuced - est la location de vacances à VRBO la mieux notée de toutes les unités faisant face au golfe du Mexique !!! Il pourra facilement accueillir six personnes. Pour la commodité de tous, la porte d'entrée est équipée d'un clavier électronique qui permet à nos clients de se rendre à la plage en toute liberté sans avoir à se munir d'une clé de chambre. Meublé par des professionnels et décoré avec goût avec une cuisine bien équipée contenant deux cafetières (Keurig et standard). Le salon regorge d’extras tels qu’un téléviseur HD de 52 pouces avec un lecteur de DVD Blue Ray et plus de 500 films DVD. Le câble T. V. et la connexion Wi-Fi haut débit sont également fournis gratuitement. Le coffret du film contient non seulement des DVD, mais aussi une large sélection de livres à couverture rigide des auteurs les plus vendus. La chambre principale est meublée d'un montage mural 32 pouces HDTV / DVD combo mettre ainsi qu'un lit king-size pillow lit Serta. L'unité comprend 2 lits superposés et un canapé-lit queen-size avec un surmatelas en mousse à mémoire de forme pour un confort de sommeil supplémentaire. Notre balcon est équipé d'une table et d'une chaise "bistro" à hauteur de bar pour regarder les dauphins gambader tôt le matin pendant que vous prenez votre petit déjeuner ou un dîner romantique au coucher du soleil. Également sur le balcon, deux fauteuils de bar supplémentaires (et une table) offrent une vue imprenable (jumelles fournies) sur le golfe du Mexique et ses eaux bleu turquoise sur un rivage blanc comme sucre, parsemé d’avoine dorée. Le Inn at Summerwind offre un cadre paisible et serein directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Il est situé à côté du plus long ponton de pêche de la côte du golfe. Pour plus de tranquillité d'esprit, notre unité est gérée de manière professionnelle par Navarre Properties (un bureau de location de vacances sur place) situé à deux étages sous notre unité. Aussi relaxant que vous puissiez trouver Summerwind, vous n'êtes pas loin en voiture des principales attractions touristiques de Destin, Fort. Walton et Pensacola. S'il vous plaît noter parce que notre unité - SeaDuced - est le condo le plus populaire et le plus examiné de toute location de vacances sur Navarre Beach et sera rapide. The unit was exactly as described, very clean & adequate space. The property was clean and definitely keep wrist bands on while in pool deck or beach and parking pass displayed at all times. Security will ask you for them.
This is definitely a property and unit we would visit again.

HAD A WONDERFUL WEEK, LOVE NAVAREE, THIS HAS BEEN OUR PLACE FOR YEARS, TOOK US AWAY FROM DESTIN. 30 MINUTES TO DESTIN TO VISIT AND BACK TO NAVAREE. UNIT WAS WONDERFUL, VIEW GREAT, OWNERS WONDERFUL AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR UNIT AND RENTERS. WOULD STAY AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This property was exactly as described. The owner went out of his way to make it a memorable trip and that everything was taken care of (even checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were good). The location is perfect, the beach was great, and it was not overly crowded. Always able to find a seat at the pool and never waited more than a minute or two on elevators. The beach chairs and umbrella that the owner provided with our stay was such an amazing added bonus!!! This was our first time at Navarre but it won’t be our last. We will be staying in this condo for years to come I hope!!!

Everything was perfect. When you get off the elevator the rental is right in front of you, so no need to walk far! Beach service was great, as well. Would definitely recommend!

Owner was gracious and great at communicating with us. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Third floor view of the ocean, pier, and pool, which unfortunately was a little too loud at times with screaming kids.
It was fun to watch the surfers, and groups of people out at night on the beach looking for sand dollars and ghost crabs with flashlights. We definitely took advantage of the complementary chair and umbrella service, but could not do paddle boards because of the super high winds & waves!

We had a wonderful week in Navarre beach and were so happy with choosing this condo at Summermind. The condo was super clean and well equipped including washer/dryer. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and walking the beach every day. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants . Communication with the owner was great and he even left us a welcome package including coupons a recommendations for local restaurants which was nice touch . Check in and check out process was smooth. We would love to book this unit again next year.

The condo is in Summerwind & very nice. Third floor which is very handy. The kitchen is equipped very well. Bed comfy.
The only thing I’d recommend is changing out the furniture in the living room. It’s not very comfortable.
I was very impressed the owner messaged me himself.
Also the neighbors to the left are so nice & friendly.

This is our second stay with Randy and his wife, and our third at Navarre Beach. We can’t say enough good things!! This place is wonderful. We even accidentally inverted our area code and Randy took care of fixing that for us. The condo is great. Very clean and comfy! New countertops since our last stay so The owners are always updating. So peaceful and relaxing here!! 110 percent happy with our stay.

What a lovely location and property. All pictures were accurate. The view of the beach was spectacular. My only wish was that it was on a higher floor, as the daytime noise from the swimming pool was sometimes too much to sit on the porch.

We were very satisfied with the property cleanliness and security, as well as the location. While there, there was a major water leak on an upper floor that ran down through the ceiling of our unit. I called the after hrs property number and was told we would hear back shortly. We waited in our condo the entire rest of the evening waiting on something to happen and didn't hear anything until the next afternoon. It was not major but we weren't sure what to do so we felt a little frustrated with little communication on what we were to do. Fortunately it was at the end of our trip and the unit owner made it right with us. We were glad the damage wasn't as bad as we thought it was.

This was our first stay at Navarre Beach and our place at 303 at the Inn at Summerwind was awesome!!!! Our place was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Randy, was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns quickly. The bonus of beach chairs and a table daily was a perk. Navarre truly is a laid back, beautiful place and we definitely plan to come back!!!!!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! Randy was great with communication and even gave suggestions for things to do and where to eat. The pier was within walking distance and great for evening walks. I highly recommend!

Loved everything about this property and location. Property looked exactly like pictures. It was our first visit to Navarre beach and fell in love with the place. There was an issue with a water leak that required a plumber, but property owner effectively communicated with us to coordinate the service call. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this property.

My friend Sue and I couldn't have chosen a better place! We loved being able to watch the pier from the balcony. The owners were more than accommodating and easily accessible. The owners have a spectacular cleaning crew because the condo was spotless! We definitely would return because we've been Sea÷duced!

We had a great stay. The host was a superstar and communication was excellent and timely. We couldn't have asked for more. The property was exactly as advertised and would stay here again next time we travel to Navarre Beach. Seaduced was the perfect place for our family’s first visit to the Emerald Coast. The property was beautifully furnished and ideal for our family of 4. Randy was extremely accommodating and a responded quickly during all communication. The location can’t be beat for access to the beach, pier, and restaurants alike.
Parking was easy and safe. Unpacking and getting luggage to the room was a breeze with the available carts and elevators being so close by.
We’ll definitely look into renting the property again next time our travels bring us to the area!

This property was perfect! It was spacious, with 2 bathrooms (good for a family of 4) and a washer and dryer that was definitely used over the week. The kitchen is fully stocked. The views were just incredible. We loved sitting out on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and seeing dolphins and listening to the waves.
The beach service was great - we got 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us daily. The owner was fabulous and even had boogie boards that the kids could use! He left us the sweetest welcome letter along with dinner coupons and recommendations. He was very responsive to messages.
We loved this property so much and would love to return one day!

This was a perfect weekend getaway! The condo was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner was great at communicating beforehand. Navarre is absolutely beautiful and I loved the calm/quiet that we don’t get in Destin. We enjoyed the hot tub especially with the cold front that came through. We will be back!!

Condo was as pictured and one of the best stocked as far as small appliances, dishes, etc. Excellent customer service—they even left us coupons for ice cream since we were there to celebrate my birthday. It’s the little personalized touches that make you feel welcomed! The check-in process was super simple as well. Would definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful vacation. The area was terrific. Our rental Condo was perfect. The owner was in contact several times to check to make sure we were doing alright. Told him things couldn't be better. The only complaint we had, and this was outside of the control of the property owner was people smoking on their balconies and the smoke drifting onto ours. This was not enough to stop us from planning our next trip to the area. Would definitely use the same unit if its available.
