La cortesia della proprietaria e la sua disponibilità. L'appartamento è grande e riscaldato, anche se disposto su più piani.

La posizione nella parte alta di Spello era incantevole. Una bella salita, certo, ma il paese è piccolo, e questo angolo era anche tranquillo. La stanza poi era tutto un appartamento, con una cucina. Bel bagno, anche. La giovane rappresentante della struttura è stata di una generosità fantastica, venendomi a prendere alla stazione e riaccompagnandomi fino a Foligno. Mille grazie, Sofia!

Gli interruttori non sono intuitivi! Difficile da trovare quando posizionati fuori da una stanza o un posto di passaggio. Ma fossero questi i problemi della vita!

The host was very responsive even though we have not met her. She has a tasty restaurant downstairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The place was even too bit for two people, so more people could have stayed in the same room easily.

Our family of four was very comfortable at Residenza San Jacopo. It is situated beautifully near the top of Spello and allowed us a relaxing spot to call home. Communication with the hosts was seamless both before and during our stay. The apartment has great A/C and we loved having the beautiful windows opened. We hope to return to Spello and would definitely stay here again!

Spello is a beautiful town. This apartment is right in the center and close to anything you might want to see during your time there. The staff communicated regularly with us and were very welcoming.

The kitchenette is great and we had all the pots and pans needed to make our own dinner. It would be super to have a bit of coffee and some oil provided.

A spacious traditional appartment in the centro storico of beautiful Spello. The appartment is on top of the best restaurant in town which is operated by the same family., who are available to help with parking and getting the luggage to the room or extra glasses. While you can drive directly to property for unloading luggage , you need to park elsewhere. Don’t rely on Google maps to get you there, take advice from Sofia your host as to the direction otherwise you might end up like a cork in a bottle! Great choice

Could have been some coffee in kitchen

Lovely, quiet, lots of space and well equiped. The property owners were a delight and so friendly. great location in the town and to base yourself for the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and good kitchenette facilities.
