The steps leading to the pool

Hello, the apartment was very nice, clean and modern -pool was lovely

However the bed was rock hard. There was a problem with rubbish on the streets outside, and the dive centre below was very loud. Also we have no Internet for 2 days as the co-ordinator did not know how to fix the apartment G6 connection or didn't give the right password for opposite rooms network. The rest was nice.

Perfect position

We had issues with the wifi but was fixed as soon as we contacted someone. So only a slight hiccup

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It was easy to find a parkin nearby.

Good size of apartment and have all amenities. Very comfortable with garage access as well.

Mattresses are super uncomfortable, you cant make use of the pool past 19.00

The bed was extremly unconfortable, dishwasher, whasing maschine smelled very badly, view on the neightbour's terrace under us.

Beds were really horrible! They were old school spring mattresses that needed to retire 3 years ago! Email spam, from the moment of booking confirmation until staying they sent us around 15 emails with useless stuff like “Register to our site”

Place was very clean and quiet, pool area was very nice and parking is provided.

Maybe the lift from the parking to the flat could have been shown by signs as it was misleading since there are many blocks. Also we had to ask the host to know where the parking was.

The showers had to be looked at twice and the water temp and pressure wasn’t great quality

Amazing apartment with lift and private car space. 2 shower rooms ensuite plus a bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher also included. Very modern and clean. Very big and nice towels. Pool is massive. Will definitely go back. Well done Baron Group!

Very large and spacious apartment. Multiple balconies. The cleaners work hard and do a very good job.

The apartment buildings are very new but completely out of character with the other buildings in Gozo. No thought was given to the design so it's ugly and the locals hate it. This also meant the design on the inside was completely impractical. For example there were extremely tight gaps in the bathrooms because they were badly arranged and a shower that just flooded the floor a bit every time you showered. Every air conditioning remote stopped working throughout our stay. The fridge door was always stuck. There were a few broken lamps and a cracked window. There was a giant gap between the sliding doors on the balcony which meant that the outside air couldn't be shut out even when it was really hot. The pool is only open to seven and is shared with the huge complex. I got stuck in the pool bathroom for a few minutes because all of the locks in the place are a bit sticky. My bed was quite uncomfortable (could feel the springs). Very small elevator. They don't replenish anything and give you only a few rolls of toilet paper and dishwashing tablets so you have to buy a lot of stuff. The place generally had no character at all. These places are money grabs and not very well built.

Apartment A1. Large ground floor apartment with access to a big clean newish pool area, easy check in. A/C seemed to work well but wasn't needed so turned it off. Qbajjar restaurant within walking distance which was the highlight eating out. Good kitchen

Apartment has slight damp issue, chrome fittings showing rust, damp patches on walls. The pool although very nice has an infinity wall with a 12ft drop the other side with no fence/protection, I'm lost why you would design a pool like this. If you fell to sleep on a Lilo you might not wake up again. The outdoor terrace area is a large courtyard with very high walls and feels like a prison exercise yard, not like what the photos showed when booking. Building work nearby with piling machines starting at 7am. Local town rather uninteresting. Shower drained very slow and was of low quality.

- George reacted quickly and moved us into another apartment to improve the situation. - building relatively modern and new - apartments fully equipped - the pool is nice and was well received by our little one - many restaurants in 10-15 walking range (stairs down on the seaside) - parking is provided

- mould was evident in both apartments, I guess there is not enough ventilation during the winter months - Some of the mattresses are extremely soft - entrance to parking is tight, and uses one lane for both directions - parking slots are tight for larger cars (SUV and up) - parking -2 had an open drainage tunnel access on the floor just marked with a warning sign (a hazard for cars and people) - no detergent provided for washing machine - towels were old and warn and didnt feel clean
