It was quite close to the beach. Nice playground 5 min away. Clean and comfortable. Super nice staff! Breakfast was also good.

We didn't like the contamination doing to all the building in Agadir. It was not fault of the hotel.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. All the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet neighborhood but has a number of shops and restaurants nearby.

Although the breakfast is good, it is exactly the same everyday. No variety. The waiter is lovely though.

Spacy apartment, kind staff.

We were 5, we came late, but in the apartment there was only a king size bed set up for sleeping. We had to ask for bed sheets, and we did not know that there is a box with pillows and blankets. But the staff did make the effort to help out. I am curious why don't they do a bit of preparations before customers arrive. Also, as in rest of Agadir, we had a construction site right in front of the building.

Nice breakfast. From one side nice view. The ocean was close, about 15-20min walk. Restaurants and shops were close.

The shower didn’t have curtains, so the water went everywhere.

Convenient location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets. Large room is very spacious for 2 adults. Hotel is cleaned daily. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests.

Room decor was a bit outdated, and everything seemed a lot more worn than the photos showed.

15 minute walk to beach. Cheap pub nearby about 300m. ( Rear of the Flat Hotel, has seperate entrance) Choice of shops 4 minute walk away. Taxi to souk about €1.50

Room towels were well worn. Toilet fan ran 24/7 We did say it to reception but no resolution.

The accomodation was lovely, shower was amazing. Pool was lovely. Bed comfortable.

My only problem is it was so far away from everything like shops or the beach. Major building going on in this area so will probably be more developed in a relatively short time.

Calm and quite clean nice property to stay

From heart of hearts I don't like breakfast it same daily which is not good they should change menu daily.

The room was infested with Ants and all our clothes was infested in the drower and cupboards we informed them they responded and tried to clean with our help but unfortunately appears that the room like fully colonised with tiny Ants and small tiny parasites.. bugs.. and our skin was itching all the time. Plus pillows were smelling very bad like dump and the blankets also same. Very noisy in the rooms around and above our room especially last three days we couldn't sleep at all nights because some customers guests were moving and pulling the tables and chairs all the time day and night when we informed the reception they tried to tell them to respect other neighbour guests instead to be quiet they were shouting lawdely and fight with the receptionist and I think he was mentally but I m not sure. Then the staff couldn't do any thing just told us if we can wait till they leave the hotel in three days when we should leave in the same day. It was really awful time... Another room next to us were people drinking alcohol all night and music. Location was very isolated and far from the beach.. drivers do not know where is the hotel when we need to back night from the city... All in all we were not happy at all in our staying and strongly disappointed. Not value for the price. It should be 2stars hotel not four.

Rooms in need of deep cleaning, electric shock from hob, breakfast terrible, pool water looks dirty.

Two rooms, comfy bed, bus stop nearby, price was good...

Lack of shampoo or shower gels, small bathroom, fan for hair missing, the vault had weak batteries so we needed to remove them otherwise it was beeping every few seconds (not nice in the evenings), in the evening little noisy from other rooms...
