Very friendly and helpful Manager, Mohammed. Had a bad experience in my room, but Mohammed really met high expectations upgrading me to a Presidential Suite.

Missing USB.outlets in most rooms.

وجود مشكلة في تصريف المياه في الحمام وبالتالي فيضان المياه ضعف شبكة الأنترنت وجود مطبخ تحضيري صغير جدا مع عدم وجود مغسلة القيمة المدفوعة أكبر من الخدمات

الموقع السهل و الاسعار المناسبة اغلب الاحيان

لا توجد قنوات فضائية و حتى القنوات المحلية لا تعمل و الصورة غير واضحه، و اغلب الاحيان اجد غلاية الماء لا تعمل .. و توجد ملاعق بلاستك تذوب عند استخدامها في الماء الساخن.. هذه التجربة بعد زيارتي للمكان اكثر من 6 او 7 مرات في غضون سنه تقريبا.

Location . Very close to center. And very close to Sharjah. Very friendly staff.

There is a small table in the room but hardly you can fit a laptop on it and it’s too low.WiFi too slow and weak .

Room service was a gem

First off, the general cleanliness of the place was nothing to write home about. I mean, when you're paying good money for a room, you expect it to be clean and tidy, right? But here, it felt like they just gave everything a once-over and called it a day. It was like they were just going through the motions, without any real care for the details. And don't even get me started on the minibar situation. We were told on check-in that the minibar was complimentary – "Help yourself, it’s free" they said. So, we thought, "Cool, a little perk!" But then, surprise, surprise, we got slapped with charges for it at checkout. Talk about misleading! It's not even about the money; it's the principle. If you say something's free, it should be free. Period. Location-wise, it was okay, nothing special. It was close to a few attractions, but honestly, the lack of transparency and the subpar cleanliness just soured the whole experience.

أعجبني الطاقم كان ودود وايضا الفندق يحتوي على مواقف في نفس المبنى لكن نوعا ما ضيق والغرفة كانت واسعة

نوعا ما يعتبر غالي شيء بسيط المال مقابل المسكن لم ااخذ الافطار لم يناسبني

Clean, close to lulu superstore, spacious room, good view of city, Good WiFi connection ,friendly staff,I came bit early, staff was helpful to allow early check in.

I didn't like Check in and out process. They deposit AED100 on arrival. They will give you that back on check out, in cash. I wanted my money to be refunded back to my account as I paid by card but they only refund in cash. Next day when I check out they first check the room and ask you to wait for few minutes. I don't like this extra process as I stayed in other hotels in Dubai, no one ask for security deposit. Room Interior is old but still clean.

All the staff are accommodating and very nice. They always smile and answer with respect. The unit is really huge and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot.
