I loved the deluxe rooms and two queen size beds. The separate living room gave privacy. Especially when doing work, it was easy to separate family members from work commitments but at the same time I could listen to conversations and be part of the family discussions. Love the gym on the first floor. The Hotel is conveniently located in top Town and hence, we had easy access to supermarkets, banks, markets, public transportation, police, hospitals, main wharf, etc. Had a pleased experience in Hotel Morobe and I would definitely go back there when I next visit Lae.

It seems the hotel was squashed up in a small Allotment and the carpark was too small. When there was a big gathering at the Restaurant there was not enough space. More carpark spaces and another alternate coffee shop is recommended

Overall room comfort and the food prepared by the Chef is world class.

I'd say, TV connections as its been scrambling with no clear sound.

I would have liked printed, laminated instructions of how to use the phone to reach reception, as well as other guest rooms.

The Breakfast was very good, and I really Like Environment. The room space was very big, and everything is in position. I like everything about Morobe Hotel. I am more than happy to visit the hotel next time for my next business trip

things that I didn't like is there's no water bottle provided in the room.

My duty free bottle of alcohol was smashed in my checked luggage from my transit flight. I was only staying one night at the hotel, but they washed my whole wardrobe before the check out time the next day. Very helpful.
