The staff was very kind and helpful.

The "garden view" was the grass and path dividing our room from the bungalows which meant everyone walking by could look in our room without us drawing the blinds. The prices were excessive for what it was compared to other places we have stayed. Not including breakfast for the prices charged was not cool.

Rooms are clean, well stocked with amenities. including Malin and Goetz toiletries. Wifi worked very well, I was able to work too. Airport pick up drop off was on time.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Very good restaurant within the hotel, compliments to the chef.

needs a GYM so it attracts everyone

Nothing.

Everything. Incompetent staff, no room, offered to pay half to put me in a lower standard hotel. Lied about it. Other hotel was shabby and not 5 star. Never came and collected me the next morning so wasted an hour of my half day tour. Result: migraine. Would 100% not recommend this hotel that treats a disabled guest like a pawn they can switch hotels and leave stranded due to total incompetence.

The property does not have a swimming pool at the moment. The internet did not work for the first afternoon. Food is pretty average.

Ocean front bar.

Pool was out of action (being retiled). There was no advice about this on the website.
