The apartment was well located and easy the find. It was big enough and there were several amenities in the kitchenette. There was good communication with the staff, they replied fast.

The keys were not available upon arrival, we had to wait for someone to bring them. We reserved the room specifically because it had two separate beds but when we arrived only one bed was made and in order to use the other bed we had to pay an extra fee that wasn't specified when booking the place. The apartment was nice but it wasn't very clean. There was dust and spider webs in some areas. The drain in the sink and shower were a bit stuck and the heater in the bathroom didn't work at all.

Very nice big room with comfortable sofa and beds. Clean bathroom with the shower. Beds are big and very comfortable. The hotel is close to city center and has a small wine cellery.

The wine cellery is open only on selected days. The TV didn't has TV channels.

we did not know where is shared full equiped kichen for apartment Rustik, no toiletries in both apartments Rustik and Marine. Under apartment priciples were written quiet hours during 22.00 to 7:00, but under apartments coffee/wine place had quests during these hours- I believe it’s unfear from the quests side.

- the room was beautifully decorated - the location - in the historical centre of the town - friendly host

- since the room is facing the street and it was on the ground floor, there was a little bit of noise from the street and one can see all the people passing by (and they were potentially able to see inside the room through windows), which did not add to the sense of our privacy. There were curtains but they were kind of semi-seethrough ones.

The host was really welcoming, the apartment cosy and clean. The location is great. We especially loved the private garden.

A change of towels halfway through our stay would have been nice. We stayed for a week and they got a bit smelly.
