early check in we have to wait but not much so really good
the ac was dirty and didn’t work well it got stuck but ok it wasn’t that hot so lucky got stuck in cold which I prefer

Everything was very clean and the staff were lovely
The wifi didn’t work. I was told it was due to the weather. I booked 2 nights but after 24 hours of no internet despite the rain stopping, I had to leave.

One of the satff was very nice, The room was clean , pros for air conditioner, bathroom and smart tv.
It was really noisy, next to the hotel its a bar and the music was way too loud at 4 am.

A more affordable option for staying outside of Santa Marta if that is what you are looking for. The bed was very comfy and good TV!
Wasn’t exactly a hotel - more of a motel so was very noisy as room was directly next to a car park. Unfortunately the area was not ideal for us to explore Santa Marta and the surrounding area.
