Very good. Comfortable big house. Much space for parking. Big kitchen. We enjoyed a lot. Near the city.

We loved staying at Wayside! Jude went above and beyond to be a great host. When we arrived we found treats for the children, cereals, milk & eggs, there was even a cake for us! The house was fully equipped for everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We had the best time and would certainly return.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was just perfect.

A little too quiet

Everything about the property is great, as near perfect, as you could wish for a holiday rental and could quite happily live there.

beautifully decorated and appointed, plenty of space for the 3 adults and 1 baby. ideal as there is a sort of separate annex area for our Nanny who was travelling with us. good location for what we needed.

Very relaxing, quiet, plenty of space to spread out, basics provided so no running to the local shops for essentials

Nothing to do with the host - Google/Waze location incorrect - the address was a little odd to make my way too, however the host (Jude) directed me so no problems.

Owner had left plenty of basics for which we were very grateful as Sudbrooke has no shops that I know of. Very thoughtful. Parking very good and that mattered as we did get some family members to assemble at Wayside prior to a funeral we were attending. House has a lovely family feel. Showers excellent with plenty of hot water. Underfloor heating in downstairs bedroom was a sheer joy!

It was a bitterly cold weekend and we struggled to keep warm though the bedrooms were cosy. Not sure much can be done but the gas fire in the lounge didn’t give out much heat. House was warm when we arrived though and that was so welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful 😍. Jude thinks of everything to me your stay perfect. Will definitely be returning

The house has been beautifully refurbished and furnished. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful finishing touches and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The body jet shower in the downstairs ensuite was fabulous! We loved it and hope to return again.

Booked for an overnight trip to Lincoln. What a lovely property and amazing at the rates being charged. Brilliant facilities, safe private parking and convenient location to Lincoln. Great comms from host. I would recommend and use again.

The host was responsive and accommodating as we wanted a late check out. They provided oil, butter, eggs,milk and bread and tea and coffee. There were plenty of cleaning cloths and towels. The house was very spacious and comfortable. we had a slight issue with a sink and it was quickly resolved. We felt at home and couldn’t expect anything else. We thoroughly recommend Wayside.

We where absolutely amazed at the size of the property, every room was emaculate and clean. Jude had supplied us with a welcome hamper(bread milk eggs jams cheese crackers butter breakfast cereals) tea, coffee sugar and a cupboard/draws full of everyday essentials. Bathrooms where stunning & supplied with an abudance of toiletries for men & women. Jude was so welcoming and helpful with telling us about the area & places to visit, i can only descibe it as a HOME AWAY FROM HOME we would recommend without hesitation

The property was beautiful. Well equipped with everything we needed and more and very clean. Jude had messaged me the day before for the details of our party and had left chocolates on the beds and lots of breakfast goodies for the children.

Exceptional house. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone. Facilities exceeded my expectations. The garden, garage kitchen facilities. My kids loved the toys and games.

Loads of construction in the surrounding. It didn’t cause any noise problem for our stay but big construction vehicles are always moving if you going for a walk.
