Flott hotell som ligger fem minutters gåavstand fra kanalen og det store torvet. God frokost, rene og pene rom og hyggelig betjening. Et flott sted å overnatte når man har noen dager i Gdansk.

Ładny hotel, z własną strefą spa, która jest wliczona w cenę i restauracją. Szlafroki, kapcie są zapewnione, mini bar jest urozmaicony i niezbyt drogi. Uprzejmy i przyjazny personel. Niezła lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta

Teraz o minusach: w łazience nie ma baterii do suszenia, chociaż hotel posiada strefę spa. Temperatura w hamamie jest ekstremalnie wysoka, trudno jest przebywać dłużej niż 5 minut, w strefie spa nie ma wody do picia, woda w jacuzzi jest zbyt chlorowana, szczypała mnie w oczy. Pokój nie do końca czysty, mianowicie na dywanach nieświeże plamy. Telewizor przestał się włączać drugiego dnia. Cena za parking jest moim zdaniem trochę wysoka. Stosunek ceny do jakości nie jest jeszcze odpowiedni

Sehr gute, Innenstadtlage. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut.

"Bademeister" im SPA Bereich (der ältere Herr war unfreundlich)

Conosco l’hotel perché ci sono stato varie volte. L’hotel è ben organizzato, progettato bene, con un ottimo ristorante, spa eccellente, moderno e posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

Non ho mai riscontrato problemi particolari.

Litt avsides Kun boliger i området rundt. Resepsjons baren var ikke åpen, så ingen ting å få kjøpt etter 11 og tidlig på morgenen, ville gjerne hatt en kaffi på morgenen før avreise uten å vekke di andre på rommet som ikke skulle dra før senere.

The wellness area Clean Location is not bad River view

Noise isolation is a joke. This place is sound transparent. I booked a suite but couldn’t enjoy it as I heard clearly every movement and sound in the corridor. Every door closes or opens near you. Everyone coughs or talks in the corridor. At night I could hear may neighbors having sex. Staying at this hotel and paying that much money was definitely a bad decision. The stuff were not helpful either at all. I complained about the noise issue and they explained that all suites available will have the same noise issue and that they have some loud young adults in the place (which is not my problem). The receptionist offered me a quiet room but asked for 600pln to move to that room. I found that unprofessional and rude. I paid alot to stay in a suite already. At least, I should not worry about having a quiet stay and should not worry about my privacy that others can hear me as well. To ask me for more money just to stay in a quiet place was absolutely ridiculous, disappointing and unprofessional. The stuff then called me three times to negotiate the price down. One call asked tried to ask me again to pay 600pln, instead of canceling the remaining time in the hotel. I said no, and then he called again and asked tor 500. Then he called again and asked for 400pln. I could have saved my money and time and went else where. If you want to use the sauna and wellness area, pls bring with you enough water as there is no water dispenser like in other hotels. Radisson for example does have a water dispenser and has a quite similar price to Almond hotel. Also, pls add a water dispenser in the welness area. I don’t need to go out wet to buy water when needed Also it was quote difficult to get coffee at the hotel between 10.30 to 1pm as the cafe and restaurant will be closed. In wellness area, there is only one changing room and the changing area is mixed so you have to wait until the room is empty to change your clothes.
