maybe distance could be small disadvantage but if you have car quite close to everywhere

The beds were ok, the rooms were clean and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Although it is not an arranged parking lot, there are enough parking spaces.

It will be a good choice to stay here.

Location with great view of bay, grocery store, restaurant and small beach nearby. Clean, comfortable with good facilities. Owners live on site and were friendly and helpful.

Could do with some additions to kitchen utensils, e.g. coffee pot.

We didn't have a bathroom inside the apartment it was separate so we felt we didn't have privacy. It was outside our room and we were separated from the rest of the rooms with a curtain.

We were a group of 7 so we booked 2 apartments. One was a bit nicer than the other. It was newer, with a large balcony and wonderful lake views, 2 bedrooms, for 4 people. All the apartments have a nice garden with bbq and fruit trees, and are on different levels, it's friendly and well kept. Nice to have clothes lines and small patios at the entrance of each apt. And the owner is also nice, she lives here, plus the property sign was very visible, so checking in was extremely easy. The location is a 10! So easy to get around the bay in both directions. And only a 1 minute walk to the lake!

The other was a 1 bedroom with a double bed and also a single bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living. This apartment wasn't as stylish, had no balcony, and a small bathroom, though it was fine for 2 nights.

Large space, everything is well equipped! Check in and check out are easy.

Everything was perfect. Clean. Perfect location. The owner is very friendly.

It was amazing. Only 7 min. to the beach and 5 min. to the supemarket. We enjoyed staying at your appartment.

During this trip we changed a lot of apartments and this one was the best one as we had separate apartment with kitchen, air condition, bed and couch. All was clean and Andrea and her father met and helped us to find their place even though we arrived at around 10 p.m. This apartment is almast always booked and we were lucky to have it at the last minute at least for one night. By the way, market and sea beach are very close! Thank you Andrea for such a beautiful experience!

The only minus is that we didn't have a view from our window, but that's okay for us.

We had the great hosts. Zoran and Lola are very generous, kind, polite and they are always ready to assist and be at service to their guests. Their attitude and hospitality made our vacation even more pleasent, and beyond our expectations. Zoran makes the most delicious mediterranean dishes for his guests, and spends his evenings in pleasent talks. Thanks to that we had the opportunity to get to know each other better and to experience the real life of Kotor and its people. A vacation which is hard to forget!

Thw view from the balcony was amazing and it was very close to the small beach.

The bathroom door was not working properly and the last morning it broke down into small pieces. Because we hadn't informed the owner about this issue before, we offered that we will pay for this. Then the owner wanted to abuse our kindness and requested us to pay for both doors (the broken and not broken doors + money to fix them), we rejected paying for something which was not broken and the owner was very rude. The door fell on my father who suffered many cuts (on his hand, stomach, legs - we needed to treat the cuts on his hand with stitches because the wound was so deep), the owner did not even ask if my dad was ok. When I asked the cleaner for the shower for my dad, who was all covered in blood and small pieces of glass she told us to go outside, to the street. The owner kept coming to the apartment without knocking on the door and when I closed the door he forcefully opened them and said that it's his property. Apart from that, the walls are very thin, therefore we heard every word our neighbours were saying. The kitchen equipment was very poor, there weren't enough things for eating, cooking, e.g. we were 4 and there were 3 glasses.

Really great host, made feel us like at home, the shop and beach is near by, the apartment was clean and nice, parking is very close to the apartmant..

Place was lovely, great location, hosts were so nice (including great value bike rental for decent bikes!), very good find and both very happy here! :)

Wifi was a little patchy but generally fine; hot water ran out last eve / morn (but possible that we accidently turned it off & hosts were on it as soon as we mentioned it!)
