Localização muito boa, perto da praia de Ipanema, Arpoador e Copacabana. Rua do hotel muito policiada e tranquila no quesito de assaltos. O chuveiro do quarto é muito bom, a cama é confortável e os travesseiros também. Chegamos antes do horário do check-in e nos deixaram entrar no quarto imediatamente, o que é muito bom e difícil de acontecer.

Sentimos falta de ter uma televisão Smart no quarto, tinha apenas uma TV convencional com alguns canais. A comida do restaurante Otaviano é cara e deixa muito a desejar. O cobertor do quarto era muito pequeno para ser divido em duas pessoas. A janela do nosso quarto não tinha trava então não vedava totalmente os ruídos da rua (que são bem relevantes na região). O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é todo dia o mesmo, alterando apenas alguns itens doces. Ficamos 7 noites hospedados e todos os dias comíamos queijo, peito de peru, pão e ovo.

Atendimento. Cheguei fiquei uma hora e mesmo tendo a reserva paga com cartão corporativo tive que cancelar a reserva para pagar com meu cartão pessoal que não estava comigo.

Location is very good: 1 block from Ipanema beach (Arpoador). Hotel is simple but comfortable. Room is spacious. Breakfast is good. Overall: good value.

The location is perfect and in a safe area. right in front of Leme beach and walking distance to Ipanema and Copacabana. The rooftop pool while small has an amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Next time I’d upgrade to a sea view with hammock room

I broke my leg a few days before arrival and couldn't come. A request to move the booking to a later date was denied. That's the way it is.

The Staff were great and really helpful, and having the pool was a blessing when the beach was so full, being a weekend! Breakfast and the food in the restaurant was wonderful (although I am not sure what was in the bolognese on the kids menu...it didn't taste right).

The gym was near on useless for a couple to work out. You can't use more than 1 piece of the weights equipment at the same time. I booked this hotel because it had a gym, and paid for that privilege, so it was very disappointing that it was really a home gym for 1 person! And no free weights, which would have made it more user friendly.

Everything was good at this hotel. Service was quick when fridge and bed broke, which they changed them very fast. Breakfast food was great. Pool area is excellent and the view is spectacular. Staff is very nice and ready to help at any time. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel and location within steps of Ipanema beach and Copacabana Beach is right around the corner. Good food and drinks at the pool top bar and a wonderful breakfast buffet to get you going for the day.

Room very noise doing swimming pool pump running all day long. There wasn’t forks and spoons for babies and kidd. Very expensive for what is it.

The location was perfect, in Arporador, the safe, small and somewhat quiet area between Ipanema and Copacabana. The staff -- every single one of them -- were very friendly, very helpful, The room was on the small side (which is to be expected at places other than ultra-high end luxury, but was very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was OK. Not bad, but nothing special.

Room are really very small not a normalsize room for a stay in RIo. I asked ofr an iron , they didnt have any!!! How can a Hotle not have any irons at all !!!!

Near to many shops. really good breakfast and food from the menu. comfortable rooftop area where you can relax and enjoy the view of Ipanema. very helpful and cute staff.
