The room was comfortable, towels were soft. Everything worked. Thanks for the courtesy water bottles.
One bed had yellow stained sheets. I was fortunate to use the other bed that night. Breakfast experience was Horrible for me and other guests the morning of May 1st. It took 50 min to order. When the food came the order was incorrect and we had to wait with no utensils to eat. Coffee and juice came after I ate. Total breakfast time was 1hr and 10 min for bad food.

the service is really bad, the first night they had a live concert on the rooftop and the music was extremely loud, and then other guests had noice all over the hotel (which is really small) until 5am… the breakfast is not included when you book through Booking but it is included if you book directly with them, which makes no sense, I went with other couples that booked directly with the hotel and they did had the breakfast included, when I asked if there was something I could do to have breakfast they said “no” and did not help at all. I would really rate the service 0.

Front desk employees lack maners and the hotel restaurant was closed on a Monday which was a boomer when you come tired from work and just want a room service, maybe is third party owned

I left 1 day early, asked the person at front desk about getting a refund and 5 weeks later, still no refund and NO one from the hotel returns booking com calls to issue refund!

The room was big enough, clean and comfortable.
Service was ok. They promised to send me a towel to the pool in the rooftop but it never came.

The location and rooftop pool were very nice.
Having our room cleaned and replenished only once in 6 nights. Also, being awaken by sliding furniture on tile floors at 7am everyday in rooms being cleaned next to us.

Fantastic amenities & decent restaurant.
Sheets., On check out, the staff left me standing for 20 minutes with no explanation. Then I was charged at $15 cleaning fee to wash the sheets because there was some dirt on them. I've traveled worldwide and have never had checkout take so long or been charged for cleaning the sheets.
