Loved the log cabin which was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. Although there are other lodges and cabins nearby we had total privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break, the wine and shortbread were also nice touches. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you all 🥰

The facilities on the farm, games room, play area etc. The lodge itself was newly furbished and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed having our own little enclosed area too (good for our wandering toddler) and we loved waking up to baby goats in the morning. We'll definitely return.

The location. We enjoyed watched hares and other wildlife. We had only telephone contact with staff but that was excellent. The information and folder in the property was comprehensive. The facilities were generally very good. Great outdoor space. Great convenient parking. Great access for anyone with disabilities.

Lighting. The ceiling lights were uncomfortably bright, They would benefit from a dimmer switch. There was only one side lamp and no softer mood lighting available. The lounge sofas were not very comfortable.

Loved the chalet. Was so clean and fresh and also very spacious.

It didnt have a bath but we managed with our toddlers.

Everything! We stayed in the Locksley and from the second we arrived we had an amazing break away. You can really tell it is a family run farm with a lovely welcoming atmosphere and nothing too much trouble! The free pamper a pony session is brilliant and we also enjoyed a lovely farm walk to see the animals and a few games of pool in the games room, all within easy reach of our chalet. The accommodation was so cosy with fantastic views and we will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful place this is. Beautiful location, lovely scenery, lots of animals and so peaceful. The cabin was spacious and very well equipped. Had everything we needed. Attention to detail was evident throughout the accommodation and surrounding areas. Hosts were very friendly but did not bother us. There if we needed them. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. We could only stay a couple of nights due to work commitments but would have loved to stay longer and will definitely try to stay again soon. Highly recommended.

Everything was brilliant

The excellent location. The spec of the property. The bottle of wine and sweets on arrival. It was a very hot day and they provided a fan. The extra amenities such as the games room children's play area and country walk and star gazing area.

There was a lovely shower but I like a bath (personal preference). The turn out of the gate on a hidden bend was a bit scary but it's better if you turn left and then double back!
