The motel was a great place to stay after a long drive. The motel is only 15 minutes from the Tree Top Walk. We ate at the Motel and the menu caters for everyone. Staff happy to assist and the rooms are oversized and furnished well.

Good location. Jenny checked us in and was delightful! I informed her we would like to eat dinner in the motel’s restaurant that evening (scheduled to be open, sign on door read the restaurant would be open that evening). Went back for dinner a few hours later and owner informed us it was closed due to lack of customers. We arrived at their opening hour- 6pm. We were hoping to not need to get back in the car and drive to the 1 restaurant in town open for dinner but that’s what we did.
Checkout time is 10am. Beginning at 9am, owner’s parents must have walked past our room at least half a dozen times, peeking in to see if we had left ~ uncomfortable.
Other than that, the bed and shower were comfortable.

Large rooms, crisp clean white linens. Aircon, heater, bedside lamps, good storage. Fast friendly service. Walking distance to everything.
Weak Wifi. Outdated but clean bathroom.

It was in a good location for what we wanted
Their room service was poor - they got our orders wrong and the food was not worth the money we paid.
The WIFI was average and the password was hard to find. There was no phone in the room so that fact that their book said dial 9 for room service was pretty poor.

There was nothing to like about this property.
has false advertising no spa as it was filled in and yet they still advertising it. Room was not cleaned when we went out floors were not done fridge on the inside was not cleaned the ice tray had hair in it, bathroom was not cleaned nor was the bedroom when bed moved there was rubbish under the beds. The only food to eat was Indian in the restaurant and my self and family don't eat Indian there was no other hralrger option so I was left hungry and been sick no breakfast option either. For the price you pay it is NOT worth it at all we had booked for 2 nights and left after the first night as it was NOT an enjoyable stay at all, would NOT recommend this place at all.

No refund was offered...waste of money.

It was roomy. Parking at the door. Good facillities and restaurant.
Grime around bathroom taps. The floor in bathroom had a couple of dirty spots. The walls were thin.
