I loved the bed, it was very comfortable. Also, the facilities were all clean and tidy. You have all types of shops and restaurants nearby.

It was a nightmare to find parking. So, better to look for a parking space and prepay if possible in advance.

Horrible humidity problem if you use hot water even with the window open. Classic case mediocre room that adds the words luxury and spa to mislead customers. First time ever in a hotel the cleaning staff was banging on the door 30 min before checkout to remind us about the checkout...

Misleading, this is not a luxury apartment, overpriced for what you get. We asked for extra trash bags, and they said that they are an "AirBnB" and does not provide such. Toiletries provided were terrible. This is not luxury at all, do not pay such price for a normal, terrible service apartment.

The place is very centrally located and there are many restaurants and cafes around, and it is within walking distance to most sights. The jacuzzi was a bonus. The room is very quiet and private.

The ventilation was not too good. It would have been better if the air conditioning was in use so I could adjust the temperature of the room.

The room was tidy, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, literally at the very center of the city. The landlord was very kind, swift, and helpful.

They only turn the aircon on in summer (no remote), so the nights were still a bit warm and muggy (if you used the spa) Not a deal breaker, just be aware

Apartment : very well located an near the center, the bars, the restaurant, the market, etc., which is very practical. Facilities (sauna and jacuzzi) : very good, worth it ! Room in itself : confortable with a lot of mirrors.

Communication with the owner : We were stuck in the room because the knob of the door wasn't fixed when we arrived... The owner was very mad and blamed us. First, he didn't want to open the door and let us stuck in it. We were ready to involve the police... let us just say this is not a fun experience.

Nothing. The bed only had one sheet and no blanket, only a small light blanket. The sensor light was broken and difficult to see the content of drawers and hang up clothes. The balcony was dusty. The glass table was dirty. There were only two folks and two knives and two teaspoons. The big spa took up most of the room and had NO HOT WATER. We wasted alot of time waiting for someone to come to fix but they couldn't. They came the next day to fix the hot water and we were told it was fixed so we decided to stay but when we arrived home after a trip to Halkidiki there was still no hot water. Vassilli was very eyde and gave us threats to leave by 2 pm but we were unable to meet this unreasonable deadline. He came to return our money and collect the keys but he had no money. when we insisted for a eefund he stormed off without the keys shouting and arguing with us in an unprofessional manner. He is not an honest person and fit to be in the tourist industry. We went to meet him at 93 Tsiminski and he was at 34 Tsimiski and told to walk in the heat of the day and only gave us 75 euros. we want a full refund of 172 euros and fir him to apologise to us for stress and inconvenience caused.. I am a Genius member of booking. com but unless I receive our money back I will escalate this matter further. Booking.com did very little to protect us as good customers. We will tell all our friends to stop using the site. We were treated so badly and we didn't deserve to be treated so badly and disrespectful. Can someone high up in booking.com take over this matter and help us to get our money back and deregister Vassilli and Andreas.

Perfect location, great value for the money, very comfortable beds.. just follow the instruction given by the owner.

The property was in a great location having arrived on the ferry it was an easy 15 minute walk through town and was adjacent to an X01 bus stop direct to the airport.

I'm afraid we were a bit disappointed with this apartment. It was basic and in need of a bit of TLC. The thing that made me most uncomfortable was the lack of natural light in the apartment and a third story window balcony that was dangerous as the safety rail was anything but safe. We were not able to use the internet as it kept failing to connect, to be fair the landlord sent someone to reset it but it still didn't work.

Perfect location to visit the City.
