מקום המלון מעלה. מלון ברמה גבוה. שירות נדיר, צוות עונה לכל שאלות. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. חדר יפה. קיבלנו חדר בקומה 4., עם נוף לנמל וים.
מרפסת בחדר גדולה. בלילה קצת מרעיש עם פותחים דלת מרפסת ,שומעים ראש של כביש .החניה במלון בתשלום 15 יורו ליום .
ביום הגעה יגענו מוקדם בסביבות 9.30 בבוקר, קיבלנו חדר והציעו לנו להיכנס לארוחת בוקר.
גודל המיטה זוגית סטנדרטי. חוץ מזה הכול מעולה.

Personel gerçekten çok ilgili ve yardım sever. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. 3 gece kaldık ve çıkış konusunda bize esneklik gösterdiler. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Bundan sonraki Selanik turlarımızda adresimiz belli.

Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Superb hotel facilities. Lovely room. An excellent breakfast with so many choices. Piano player in foyer which was well appointed.
Although I cannot fault the hotel, it’s probably not the best place for a tourist. It’s more geared for corporates, business people, conferences and functions. It’s slightly set back from the promenade facing west making it a little hot and stuffy in the afternoon. No leisure chair in the bedroom. Just uprights.

Dorucak i restoran su odlicni, ulazni hol je prelep.
Osoblje je ljubazno. za svaku pohvalu.
Lokacija je odlicna. Sve je blizu.
Sobe su ispod proseka. na nivou hotela sa 3 zvezdice. Odavno spremne za renoviranje. Prevazidjena i ishabana.
Vrata u kupatilu se raspadaju, kada polomljena.
Kupatilo je prevazidjeno, zastarelo sa opremom koja se nalazi u njemu. Potrebna je totalna rekonstrukcija.
Platili smo vrhunsku dvokrevetnu sobu sa bracnim krevetom i pomocnim lezajem.
Pomocni krevet skripi, a duseci u bracnom krevetu su ulegli . Ne znam kakve su tek klasicne jedinice. Etisoni u hodniku se odavno spremni da se zamene. Ovo je samo ukratko. Bazen i djkuzi kada smesno mala. Nikada nisam vide manji bazen. Mislim i da se ne vodi kao bazen nego kao djakuzi kada. Mislim da to treba da izbrisu iz sadrzaja. Daleko od hotela sa 5 zvezdica. Parking se naplacuje. Itd.

Tek iyi noktasi merkezde olmasiydi, fakat gunde 15€ itipark ucreti odediginizde istediginiz yere parking yapabiliyorsunuz zaten.
5 yildizli otel diye gidiyorsunuz, bu denli eski bir oda, tuvaletler, tuller kapkara odalar temiz fakat eskilik midenizi bulandiriyor ozellikle banyolari. Kahvaltida hicbisey bulamazsiniz turk olarak, demleme cay yok sallama cayi isteyince yarin saatte geliyor. Su istediginizde bufede var gidip alin diyorlar:)

1. Bad WiFi network - and Hotel staff kept blaming our Apple iPhones.
2. Pool and Jacuzzi hours are very limited - closes at 5pm.
3. Inflexibility for late checkout despite staying there for nine nights.
4. Some Hotel reception staff were not courteous.

From the point we entered the hotel, we had a gentleman take our luggage. The Lady at the reception knew me my name which was a plus. Great service and also got a free upgrade into a nicer bedroom. Breakfast was served well too.

Wonderful, professional staff which was extraordinary in serving needs of guests. Front desk personnel provided valuable assistance in locating medical facility when I became ill and required hospitalization. Also, front desk director became personally involved during my medical emergency and provided assistance while seeking return of my wife’s wallet which was lost and later recovered at the Sani Resort. This support was exceptional and helped make our stay even more memorable.’

Everything about this hotel is perfect.
From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel right at home by helping you with anything that you need. Could not speak highly enough about every individual that I spoke with during my stay.
The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay that much better.
With buffet breakfast, pending your dietary requirements, you have a variety of options to choose from.
And, one of the positives about staying here is that the city centre is not even a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you have an abundance of stores and restaurants to choose from.

This place is in an awesome central location, the room is beautiful with a very comfy bed.
The breakfast was truly delicious, last but not least the service by staff was exceptional. Great people great attitudes, always looking to help.
