The shared bathroom and toilet are clean. Françoise, our host was nice to us.

It doesn't have a private bathroom. It wasn't clear when we booked because it says the room has a bathtub and even a jacuzzi (which we didn't see anywhere in the house). The reality is there is a shared toilet and a shared bathroom (with sinks, bathtub and shower) for 3 rooms.  The shared toilet is just outside the room so that you hear from your bed other people peeing. The kitchen is also shared by everyone.  Small room that smells like mold or humidity. It's also fully decorated with useless things. Every inch of the wall has a painting, therefore the mirror is on the floor. Curtains drag, big tv that doesn't leave space for walking round the bed. The bed is uncomfortable and sinks down in the middle.  Old doors and doorknobs that make cracking noises making it impossible not to hear every other guest going in or out their rooms.  Also, as the room is on the ground floor, you can see from the window every guest entering the property and so they can see you too.

6 blokes ended up having to share 3 double beds … supposed to have a bed each or so we thought. needed a good clean ? The lady owner was living in the property and one night hid the keys so couldn’t get access to one of the rooms?

Very private apartment with own entrance. Equipped with everything you would want and was lovely and warm. Supermarket and Boulanger within two minutes walk. Very quiet location.

The host was very friendly, and we felt so relaxed and at home, the place was very clean and really warm and cozy, would definitely stay again.

The place is located in a calm neighborhood. The apartment I stayed in had a separate entrance so I didn't have to bother anyone while entering or leaving. The owner was really kind and helpful. I can recommend this place.

The owner is really lovely and nice. We had a nice talk. Nice to share. I could take a bath.

The room I stayed in smelled really bad. I was afraid of bedbugs and sprayed the bed with teatree spray. Luckily I didn't have any complaints, but I didn't sleep well. The place is not well lit from the outside. No board to indicate the place. Cheapest place around, so low expectations, but still not good

The host Francoise is adorable. Very good and warm personality. The house is perfect for resting and enjoying Biscarrosse. The bathroom is cleaned everyday , such as the kitchen. Perfect for everyone.
