No play area for kids Would b nice if there was a lift Unit was not cleaned properly....

Very relaxing and calming environment. Everything was clean and well maintained, kids enjoyed the pool. The fact that the security was well alert and all around the complex made us feel secure. The host Janine was awesome, she kept in touch with us making sure we settled in.....

The view, the staff were friendly. The pool and braai areas. Location was good.

They told me to fetch keys at a garage, the keys were not there. Called the place and was told that the room wasn't ready. Waited about 2 hrs, when I checked in, the room was smelling. I went and bought myself cleaning deterdents to get the smell out. They must please use proper cleaning detergents eg jik, pine gel etc to get rid of smells. Its a direct exchange of guests, the place needs strong detergents. After 2 days of stay my whole family had diarrhea and was vomiting, went to see the Dr and was told it was the water we were drnking. The place didn't offer bottled water at all. Lost almost 2 days of our holiday. Sad😔

The TV set in the lounge was disfunctional, and a person assigned to assist us could not reach out to assist nor apologise for not showing up. We are living in the times of COVID 19 pandemic,kindly change the material key pouch, perhaps use a plastic sleeve to keep in the keys. It can be disposed off after each use.

Best self catering accommodation I have ever been into 💪🏼💪🏼 wow 🤩I enjoyed everything about Topanga and definable planning a return trip. What you see on pictures is definitely what you get.

The place was awesome with its Balcony & seaview. Great location as well. Will definitely book again for a much longer period next time.
