Facilities in the common kitchen. Need more than 1 sink. In the Morning, busy with many people, need to wait fir one another.

The lack of space in the bedroom. 3 of us shared a bedroom. We could hardly walk and could hardly open our luggage to get stuff.

Got the keys at 11:30. As my arrival time would be 8 pm.

There was no table fan inside the room. First floor room had very much see-through curtain and was instructed not to leave the windows open while sleeping or away from room. Could not sleep at night due to high temperature in the room. Poor ventilation. Shower condition is very bad. The bathroom got almost flooded while taking shower.

Wish there were more showers

Rooms on the yard side were uncomfortably hot.

location is accessible, cleanliness is good, kitchen, common areas, parking, wifi are quite good.

I had booked the accomodation for 2 nights. first night it was a disturbance due to set of people partying until late night 12.30 with huge sounds, music, shouting. when I raised this to reception they mentioned that some special days like new years eve, mid summer day we can not guarantee anything on the privacy wise for other people and they have to live with it. The response is a bit not satisfying which made my stay not a happy feeling for the 1st day however the 2nd day was peaceful. I couldnt enjoy my stay completely due to this discomfort

Kalmar Sjömanshem is a quiet & peaceful place. It's location is perfect. It's close to everything. The receptionist was also helpful.I enjoyed my stay here.

When I finally got in the building it was clean and comfortable

A charge for sheets, a charge for a towel, a charge for cleaning, you can only check in for 2hrs a day, new staff who haven't been trained

The personel were helpful. The room was convenient and comfortable. I wish the room had thick curtain. I didn't use the shower but It was on the corridor and was small and does not look comfortable but everything was clean. I also wish they had sheets and towel for free.

Amazing location, nice breakfast in the garden area, cozy stay. We couldn't get the key from the box so we called the host. Easy to reach and super friendly.

We didn't find the kitchen in the morning due to the reception sign on the door. So maybe a kitchen sign instead/in addition? :)

Great garden, smallrooms but nice. Close to Take a swim from the pier. Nice place!

Perfect Location. The receptinist lady has beautiful smile i felt it's from her heart. I wish she read this.
