The location was okay.

After I checked in I found out that there’s another entrance with lift. I had to climb a lot of stairs before I came to the reception or what supposed to be a reception. There was no one there except for the cleaning lady. My arrival was not known and after a call with the owner she gave me the room key. The hotel looked nice from the outside and the hallway but the room was outdated. Bathroom door didn’t close. Everything in the room looked and smelled after smoking. I booked 2 nights but the cleaning lady didn’t know that and wanted me to leave after 1 night. Another call to the owner to clear this up. But she never cleaned the room. I didn’t enjoy my stay in this motel.

Location is ok and price is cheap.

Room is pretty run down so I cannot really say this is value for money.

Ridiculous. Was insisted by staff to pay the rate above the one insisted by them instead of the rate at booking.com (it is higher obviously) Also, air conditioner is non-existent, there is a machine that blows barely any air. They advertise storage facilities? The staff did not help me and when I checked out was totally empty resulting in the need to go dongdaegu station (NOT NEAR) and find a paid locker. Totally do not recommend, waste of time and money, 0 value. In fact I should be paid to stay with them for this horrendous EXPENSIVE experience.

It's way to noisy - no soundproofing at all and you can hear the street, couples in the other room and the people talking outside... Sadly the air conditioner wasn't working as well as the hot water source.
