The breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean, spacious and lovely. The tea when we arrived wet and cold was a nice touch.

We wished we were invited to see the animals and wander the property.

Ann was very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay and a cup of tea on arrival was a lovely start to our stay.

Location was half decent but I would definitely try get somewhere in the town or at least closer.

The advertisement for this property is very misleading. It is hardly a hotel. As soon as you walk into the house there is a mess and clutter everywhere; books, clothes, owners personal items etc. Not comfortable at all. Bed was extremely loud. Also is about 15 minutes from the town but the taxi drivers will take you for a ride and will be about 25 to 35 minutes, which will set you back about €30. This is obviously out of the hotels hands, just a warning. Very disappointing all round.

Brilliant place! The room was beautiful and comphortable, the breakfast excellent.

The owner was so hospitable, our time was over the top. Anne is so pleasant and nice, I would highly recommend a visit to see Anne 🍀🍀🍀

Lovely property inside and out. The room had a shared balcony with a gorgeous view. Just a tip we learned, to lock the balcony door pull up on the handle. Tea provided in the room and a great cooked to order breakfast in the morning.

Couldn't stay longer

Beautiful decor, nice grounds, good location.

Lots of little things were broken or non-usable. Toilet seat was loose, back patio door in room did not lock, apples in breakfast room were rotten, had to ask for a clean fork, table had crumbs from the previous user, etc

The location is a little outside Adare - but is set well back off the road in it's own grounds making it very quiet and secure. Ann runs an excellent B&B and each room was spotless but large and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There was a lovely balcony outside each bedroom which we were able to sit our on and drink coffees. Nothing was too much trouble - Ann even rang the local taxi cabs to book our taxis for us as we were heading to an event in the area.

There was nothing not to like, the place had everything and Ann was a lovely hostess.

Anne is a top host who is always around, very amenable and accommodating. She went over and above by ironing my shirt for a wedding I was attending. Great Room,View and fabulous big bathroom 5 Stars and we would definitely come again.
