Fab location - the beach and boat taxi is right next to the apartments. The staff were all very friendly and did their best to accomodate us and my elderly father who was 80 years old.

Our apartment was up about 4 flights of steps - this place is not good for anyone over the age of 60 or who has difficulty walking. The comfort apartment which we booked had its own terrace at the back of the apartment which had no views and was not private. All the apartments seem to be different though with different amenities. Some people had open terraces as part of the apartment but with less space inside. Ours did not but we had more space inside. We had a terrace at the back which wasn't used. No one in our apartment block used the terrace at the back which made it pointless - apart from it was good to hang your washing there. The sofa inside the apartment was hard - not big enough for 5 guests to sit on. There was a small dining table with chairs. The TV was placed in an awkward position, in the kitchen far away from the sofa. Again, pointless.

Lovely location, nice beach right in front of the apartments with a beach bar. Short walk to the restaurants.

It’s not very homely - one hard corner sofa, dining table and chairs. I was disappointed our terrace was at the back of the apartment with no views. We had a comfort 2 bedroom Apartment. Lots of stairs that lead up to the apartments which isn’t good for anyone over the age of 60 nor for anyone with walking difficulties. A few gaps between handle rails by the stairs and unfortunately my dad fell into a ditch (he’s 80 and there was no handle rail where he stood).

The location of the resort is the best in Korcula. Peaceful, with convenient access to good restaurants and sandy beaches. We drove around a lot during our six night stay and honestly feel we chose the best location for our nightly rest. The resort has a good pool and the rooms have all amenities you need. The finish is getting a little dated but still holds up and works. I would choose the same resort again if I went back.

It is on a hillside so you need to climb steps, but then again you are in Korcula and it’s rocky everywhere.

Lady selling jelly next to our door every morning and evening. The bed linen was horrible. Scratchy and thin. The blanket was cheap, discolored, thin and stiff.

We loved this accommodation. Lumbarda is a lovely town, small enough for those of us who like a quiet holiday while also having plenty of amenities to keep us occupied. The Lumbarda resort was perfect for our needs. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker, sandwich toaster and mozzie plug ins. The balcony was perfect for having a drink while watching the boats go by. We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved having the sea just feet away for a dip in there too, during the day. The water taxi is super convenient right outside the resort. With the beach bar and an ice cream shop just a few minutes walk away, you couldn't wish for a better location!
