Excellent location & spacious rooms. Great view of the canal.

Very close to everything, within walking distance. San Stae Ferry Station is just a couple of steps away from the property if you prefer to take the water bus. The living room windows offer a great view of the Grand Canal.

No elevator, if you have a lot of luggage with you it will be a task to take them up. But not a major issue since you only need to do this once.

Clean and spacious. We were met in the Roma Piazza and directed to the room. Room had water in the refrigerator upon arrival. Also really appreciate letting us leave our luggage in the room for extra couple of hours prior to departure.

Top floor with no elevator. Have to be very quite after 10 pm not to disturb neighbors. 10 AM check out but I guess it’s standard now. Relatively far from the center. A lot of mosquitoes. Some of these were expected and some not . But For all these no star was taken out. Most annoying thing, we were charged extra 50 euros for getting to property 5 min after 22:00. Mind you we were late due to issues with water busses. This is while we were being led to the apartment by owners assistant. I am not sure if it’s worth for the owner $50 of charge to have a lower star.

one suggestion: would be good to have small flat plates, but everything else was amazing…

Location of the suite is excellent, as well as the view of the Grand Canal from the living room. It does tend to get a little noisy on the canal, especially in the morning, but the bedrooms are conveniently located on the other side of the apartment. Property managers were very forthcoming and helpful and get a bonus point for the prosecco. ;)

We had a fantastic stay in Venice! The view from the windows of the Grand Canal was unreal! The location of the house was away from the touristy area and we really appreciated that. Grocery store within 5 min walk. Being steps away from S. Stae stop made getting around easy. The property management was great to deal with and quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped, toys were provided for kids and they even had a Christmas tree (we were there for the holidays!) If we ever get the chance to visit Venice again I would absolutely stay here again.

My only recommendation would be to give better directions to the house from various starting points-tronchetto, the train station, etc. We arrived after dark with kids and luggage and we got really lost.

The view and the facilities. Sitting on the awning overlooking the grand canal witha glass of merlot is amazing. I love cooking so the kitchen was great and had everything i needed. The laundry was the one thing we def needed cuz our trip spanned 3 countries and you cannot bring huge luggage as very few places have elevators. Please note that it is on the ground floor and a key is provided. Only the washer is there tho so to dry the clothes you need to use the drying lines outside the rooms. We had to buy pins and we left them so you're welcome next guest person.

This is more a matter of when we went then anything but we went during the hottest week ever recorded in Europe (August 2021) so the AC is only placed near the bedrooms so the Living room got a lil muggy. Wish the facilities had a better explanation from Elisa. We had to find out that the washing machine for laundry was downstairs from someone else. Also how to get rid of garbage but it was not explained how so we just bagged it all up and separated the recycling. Lot of stairs but to get that view you gotta work for it lol. Also def did not like that there was no way to lock the bathroom doors, they need skeleton keys and none were provided

Amazing location on the grand canal! Very spacious as well, and in a nice quiet area away from the tourist hotspots but still a close enough to walk there easily.

Our host met us at the train station in Venice. It was very convenient and easy. The location is excellent. Not too far from the train station and a Vaporetto stop right at the base of the building. The host also arranged for a water taxi to take us to the airport when we left. Being right on the Grand Canal made it easy for the taxi to get us.

Die Lage ist super. About 15 meters to next Vaporetto-stop San Stae. Very big Appartement. Ideal für Familien.

We loved everything about this property. Barbara contacted us days before to arrange to meet for the keys. The apartment is 2 steps away from the Vaporeto so no lugging suitcases too far. The apartment was pristine and beautiful and exceeded everything we had hoped for. There was so much space for the kids and in the heat, the aircon was a blessing. The apartment is stylish, calm and very quiet and peaceful. Everything you could want in a place to stay.
