Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, fans, space heaters, equipped kitchen. Coat tree near the door ( perfect for hikers). Instant hot water with excellent water pressure. Quiet street. Comfortable bed. Close to the ferry.

- the roosters in the neighborhood are unfortunately annoying because they start to crow at 5 am :-( (especially with children who hear everything while sleeping...)

Clean and spaceous appartement. Easy check-in and out. Good location for us (pico mountain was a half hour drive). We had a great stay.

The appartement was a bit noisy, upper neigbours and road were easy to hear. For us not a problem as we are deep sleepers and spend the most of our days outside.

The apartment is absolutely clean and comfortable. It’s 10 min walk from city center and 15 min walk from the ferry , close to all island atracions . The kitchen is full equipped . There is possibility to sit outside on a nice terrace with view to the sea and to the volcano.

Immaculately clean. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows—nice sheets. Well equipped kitchen—everything worked perfectly and liked brand new. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were a treat!

The apartment is spacious, absolutely clean and comfortable. It’s 10 min walk from city center and 15;min walk from the ferry. And furthermore in 5min u ll reach a fabulous bakery. The kitchen is full equipped .The neighborhood is quiet and there r a lot of cute cats around. There is possibility to sit outside on a nice terrace with view to the sea and to the volcano.

The only thing that could get improved is the bed. It makes lot of noises when u turn around in the night.

The apartment is very clean,modern and spacious. You have everything you need. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Frying pans need to be replaced for new ones with good Teflon . The outdoor lights need a sensor,it gets really dark at night and going up and downstairs can be dangerous.

Very spacious, clean and modern apartment within a short walking distance from São Roque port and natural pools. The apartment was well-equipped in terms of cooking utensils and other things you may need during your stay. Nice surroundings with a great view of Mount Pico. There is a bakery and grocery store nearby. We had a nice 4-night stay here and would recommend to others as well!

The apartment is quite big, the location is good to visit the island. Wifi. Cleaning

Despite the house is clean, there is too humidity in the apartment. There are two dehumidifiers but they are not enough (the apartment does not smell good and mold in many parts of the house. Of course it is not owner’s fault and it is common in those place but I don’t recommend this place to people that have respiratory issue and asthma. The entrance was on a small road (not privacy) There was a door to a common terrace (not pivate).

We love how clean and modern it was... amazing facility and everything u need u got it there... beautiful views as well.. great patio area (local bakery was just 5 min walk w fresh baked goods and sandwiches for breakfast)

Actually it’s a very cozy, modern and clean apartment where you could have everything that you need during your vacation. It was pleasure to stay there. Highly recommend!!!

The property was in quiet area, but everything you needed day to day was within easy walking distance. Around São Roque there were nice walks.

I was surprised that most of the café's and bars were closed on Sunday. If one is not motorized, it is difficult to get around because public transportation is very limited and companies were very slow in reacting to mails with information requests.

My stay at Casavó was incredible. I stayed for 8 days during June 2022 and the host was more than accomodating. The lady who does the cleaning went as far as to offer to wash, dry, and iron my clothes during the week. At the same time she changed the bed sheets and gave us new towels and wash cloths, asking us if the bed sheets were too thick for the warm weather. On Sunday, my final day, I had not realised the check out time was set at 10:30, and I left the property that afternoon at 16:00. The host was very relaxed regarding this issue, and was kind enough to accommodate the later check out. The location is beautiful, the town of Sao Roque is quiet and peaceful. The house is situated perfectly, not too far from the harbour but equally not too close. It is a 5 minute walk to the harbour. I loved staying here and when I return I will be sure to try to stay again! I couldn't recommend the place or the host more.

The Apartment is located in a quiet location and very well equipped. You have a washing mashine a dryer and everything you might need for a longer stay. For wintertime, it can be a little cold, you have a heater in the Apartment.
