The rooms are very clean, the wifi is fast and the kitchen was very much convenient

It’s centrally located, giving access to both the beach and the town centre.

The appartment was clean and an easy walk to town.
There wasnt any heating but when I phoned the owner they appologised that the heater had broken and they promptly replaced it first thing in the morning.
There was also a general power outage in the area and when the appartment had issues getting reconnected they sent an electrician within an hour and arrranged someon to let them in as we were going out.
I appreciate that things can go wrong and when it does it is the putting right that couns and the owners were first class at rectifying the situation.
Many thanks we had a great stay and would certainly stay again.

The apartment complex is quiet, and safe. The apartment is clean, comfortable and exactly how it's displayed in the image.

Main bedroom matrass was way too soft, if you're used to a more supportive harder matrass.
Broken plug/wall Socket in Main bedroom
No Braai available outside.
Front Sliding door struggling to lock/unlock from the outside on occasions.
No TV remote for the Sony Flat screen could be located, just the DSTV remote.
Oven plate struggling to fit into/out of the oven.

The apartment was noice because it looked noice and we had everything we needed. Also the location is good because a lot of restaurants were around, pharmacy, stores and the beach wasn’t far, maybe 10 minutes away if we walked.
The slide door had some lock problems because it wouldn’t lock properly and we had to turn the key again and again so it can be closed.

Like that the apartment was clean and conveniently located to Swakopmund CBD and the Road to Walvis Bay. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The balcony was a great bonus as it was big enough. The security to the apartment is really great
Did not like the bed much as it was a bit uncomfortable but that is subjective. We advise that the hosts get modern types of beds to complement the nice apart. The DSTV was not working therefore could not watch any TV.
The light in our room was not working so we had to use the bedside lamp to light up the room, We advise regular maintenance checks be done before a stay

The entire apartment was easily accessible.. value for money and had the perfect distance from the sea and super markets.
Very comfortable bedroom with double bed
•The double room lights were not functional, except for one night light
• The garage door didn't want to open or close with the remote as we were leaving.
• Someone kept knocking on the front door but whenever we checked nobody was there.
