We rented both (downstairs and upstairs) apartments, both were spotless clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, you can prepare anything if you wish to. Modern, friendly bedrooms, enough storage space for your clothes. Hair dryer, washing machine and cleaning stuff in the bathrooms, pleasant living rooms with smart tv, airco. Downstairs apt has a covered terrace with connection to the garden, the table was big enough for 9 of us. The upstairs apt has a fantastic terrace with view to the lake, sunbed, comfy table and chairs for 4. VERY close to the water, you can walk to the beach and back within 1 minute! Parking space was bigh enough for our 3 cars. The hosts were super kind, they greeted us with some fruits, ham and cheese assortment in the fridge. Andrea has great English. They also helped us out fixing the issue of our car on a Saturday! I recommend this property to everyone, incl to families with small children.

the apartment is well equipped. In kitchen is all equipped and tools .National Park KRKA Is ONLY 14km 

As a great host, Drazan welcomed us with a plate of local prosciutto and cheese! All that one can need or think of while on vacation is already waiting in the apartment. From basics like vinegar and oil, to everything that you need for BBQ.. Needless to reassure you that everything was clean, mattress new, and the list could go on and on. And as another big bonus I believe is priceless... beach is not even 100m away... we would go for a swim and then take a shower in outdoor shower (yes it has that too).
