Very nice host ! Lovely location in old town !

Shower &tv was broken ,there was no cutting board or enough cutlery for four people ,there was no Aircondition In the small bedroom or wardrobe.there was only airconditioning outside of the bedroom in the hallway ,meaning there was no cold air in the small bedroom.

the location and Carmela with her mother and family that lived in the square who checked us in (as the host was out of the country). They made our stay more positive and were helpful and guided my elderly mother and myself thru this beautiful town. Prime location all the sites within walking distance (once you get out of the apartment walking down 52 stone dangerous dusty slippery steep stairs) ... accommodation was clean and modern looking.

the description of the apartment is misleading and not truthful at all. It is 4/5 levels up (the apartment is on the 4th Floor) with narrowing. steep and slippery stairs as there is a lot of stone dust on the stone stairs. There is extensive building work with scaffolding all the way up the four flights of stairs its very dangerous. and I was told by the local has been like that for past couple of years which the host should have explained in his description which he has not updated or informed the guests. There was no welcome pack or instructions on how to use or work things either. No Wi-Fi working. the bed sheets had lint balls all over them and towels where hard, no kettle the tv was broken could only watch half the screen and the cafeteria had no handle couldn't even make an espresso safely (in Italy really) and no couch. Once I was in the apartment and had paid for it the host really didn't care. I was happy to check out and lose my money but could not find a 2-bedroom apartment at last minute as I didn't want to share with my snoring mother to be honest. I did make contact with host a week earlier but after my refundable period had ended asking for advice on how to get a wheelchair to explore the town as my 77-year-old mother started to struggle with her mobility and he advised me no can do but organized a walker for me which was the only nice gesture of the apartment and explained it was on the second floor? and the stairs may be a concerned, but it was too late, and I have stayed in two floor buildings so thinking it shouldn't be a problem 2nd floor, but this was not the truth or case in this situation. I had to ask the kind lady checking us in to find someone to carry our luggage up also and thru the scaffolding. It was a shock and absolute DISSAPIONTMENT when we arrived not appropriate, for us and I paid top dollar. DONT STAY HERE !!

Very Roomy..

Stairs leading up to apartment, very slippery, my wife fell & hurt herself, this made us cut our stay from 4n to 2n :(

A wonderful place, the ancient house is charming, they cook fresh pasta in the yard, a very good pizzeria in the square, just around the corner, bakes one of the best focaccia.

Location was very good, in the old town of Bari but also close to the main road around the old town

The tv is broken, no kettle, beds not comfy. But most of all is the stairs to the apartment, they are 4/5 levels up with slippery stairs , a good deal of stone dust and scaffolding, lots of scaffolding.

Amazing placement, truly gives you a grip of the way locals live from the very balcony of the apartment. Everything was in the proximity of the apartment's location. Spacious apartment with many utilities and renovated.

The water pressure at the shower was low. The bed sheets were clean and fresh, but had some stains on them.

Located in the old city center, next to all the places you want to see.

The location was perfect - in the middle of the old city very close to the cathedral. The flat was modern and very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

It would have been nice to have had a sofa to sit on in the evenings, given we were in the flat.

One bed was having a problem with the mattress, it was pretty cold inside, water pressure was low, the staircase is currently under renovation and it's quite hard to get to the top floor

The apartment is very nice, with modern furniture and everything you need ( hair dryer, flat iron, coffe, tea, towels, etc). The location is near Bari Vecchia center and you have a 15 min walk till the train station.

Beware, despite the great location in the old town the apartment is not as described with no access to the terrace, building work, scaffolding and a lot of steps. All the sites within walking distance and there are great food options, good buses and it is an inexpensive destination. The host was away but his friend was very helpful.

The apartment was misleadingly described and when we complained about the missing facilities afterwards we received no reply from the host at all. The advertisement has not been updated and does not inform you that there is extensive building work with very intrusive scaffolding and that it is up four flights of narrowing stairs with no lift.

Amazing location (in the middle of Bari Old Town); standard and size of the apartment.

Beds were a little bit uncomfortable and also the water pressure under the shower could be better, but these are not very relevant details :)

It was a 2 bedroom apartment with lots of room. Kitchen would be great if required but we did not use

There was certainly a lot of stairs to carry suitcases from. The owner helped us on arrival which was fantastic as I doubt we could have managed as there was scaffolding work there for restoration. Below was a pizzeria which was very busy and noisy but also had the most amazing pizzas.

Marco was extremely helpful. I was walking from the train station and wasn't sure how to get to the apartment. He met me en route and accompanied me to the apartment. He also communicated with the taxi driver of my friend arriving from the airport to tell him how to reach the apartment. He was patient and courteous. Also, the bed was really, really comfortable, and the view of the square from the windows was wonderful. The location was fabulous!

The location was great, we arrived quite late due to delayed flight but Marco was very patient and was waiting for us until midnight. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

The location was in a lovely area of the old town with a lot of hidden gems very near such as a lovely bakery and amazing ice cream place. The apartment was modern with lots of room and great facilities

There was building work in the area outside our room which we had to squeeze past to get up the stairs. It seems quite dangerous and there is dust all over the stairs which made them quite slippery. If that was made safer it would be amazing.

Location is great! The best bakery is round the corner, the best pizza is located in the same building, all is close enough to say walking distance ca 10-15 minutes. Apartment was clean and equipped with basic stuff. Great contact with Sebastiano who helped us with all necessary information, recommendations and issues when needed. Two big bedrooms are value added so everyone can have their sleep comfort. Bathroom is located on lower level than bedrooms so no noises are interrupting.

Entrance to the apartment is tricky or maybe challenging if you travel with big or heavy suitcases- located on the 2nd floor with high steps to climb. We had some issues with water heater but the owners dealt with it immediately.

I love Nice view and IT was oné from them. Thank you very múch fór Nice accomodation and person who own this apartmant. Very comfortable accom.

A little cold...

Apartment is freshly renovated. Location is superb.

Shower was a bit tricky, controlling temperature of water was a bit complicated. It would also be very nice if living room area had a sofa. Otherwise apartment is very modern and comfortable. The host is also responsive and check in/out was very easy.
