The hostel is right on the water and close to town but at the end of town so there is not much noise.

I love the location. You have the ocean in front of the hotel. There is not a beach in front but it is really nice anyway. All the beaches are really near, so you can also enjoy that.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I have traveled the world and stayed in many different environments. I’m not too picky, but the bed wasn’t padded so the springs hurt and made it impossible to get comfortable. The pictures of the outdoor space in the listing make it seem private but we were never able to use it because there were always family or friends of the owner sitting right in front of our room. One night several men were outside the room listening to very loud music and drinking. If I were a solo woman traveling I would feel unsafe. The experience of staying there was not relaxing and was a disappointment overall. The owner is very friendly but she needs to be clearer about the room not having a private area for each room.

Maybe new painting and new beds are needed

It was a wonderful stay, I enjoyed it very much. The location was gigantic - right on the beautiful, crystal clear sea (even with its own house reef). The owners were incredibly nice and hospitable: I got my laundry done for free and I could borrow their snorkels every day. What a warm family and what a heavenly beautiful place!

Sapzurro is a beautiful place and the location of the hostel is perfect. Close to beautiful beaches even across the border with Panama. You can do some hiking with beautiful views and also the snorkeling is very nice. In town there are a few shops and restaurants.

Really friendly and funny owner. Always happy to help. Excellent location. They gave us snorkels for the day, which was very kind.

The kitchen was really quite dirty and messy. The beds were really soft.

Odalis was super helpful and they also let us change the arrival date as there was no bus going to Necocli the day before our arrival

The place is incredibly beautiful with the terrace right in front of the beach and Oda was the most generous and loving host. Not an understatement to say we truly felt like home.

My experience at the hostel was amazing because of the staff. Sohar, the owner, took care of everything and made sure that everybody was happy and having a good time. Also, when the damn pandemic came up, Sohar helped us a lot and took care of us when everything was a bit uncertain. Once again, thanks very very much! PD: the hostel in Capurganá is damn awesome too.

No toilet paper when I arrived and still none when I left the next day, kitchen is pretty basic, bathroom floors where flooded, the pool is really just a prop and not really useable

No social space really. Cramped, stuffy dorms without sockets close to the beds. Wifi on and off. At nights no power.
