Had a lovely time at Southville Guesthouse. Tracy was great to chat with and always happy to provide suggestions and useful tips about Bristol. Also appreciated the self-service breakfast which offered plenty of options! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat~

Great B&B in an excellent location near Bristol City centre. There was a warm welcome, comfortable beds and a substantial Continental breakfast. Tracy gave excellent directions and advice and is clearly proud of the City of Bristol.

Simply the best Guesthouse I have stayed in for many a year. Felt at home from the moment we arrived, lots of nice little touches everywhere, spotlessly clean and airy, Plenty of yummy choices for breakfast, Tracey the owner is a real diamond, I never do reviews, but I cannot recommend Tracey and her lovely guesthouse enough...11/10 from me and Thank you Tracey, see you soon.

We can concur with the other travellers’ positive reviews. Tracy is a lovely, friendly and welcoming host, the house is clean and functional, is well-located and has really nice touches such as chocolate biscuits with your tea. When we first arrived (early), Tracy was so accommodating and even took our bags to our room for us - such extra service is so welcome to a weary traveller. Our neighbours upstairs were considerate and lovely, so that we had a quiet night and a really good sleep. This guest house works so well, and it deserves its positive rating.

This place was so cute! Perfect for a solo traveler. The room was clean, had everything you needed, everything worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was spacious and clean. There was complimentary breakfast as well. Tracy was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommended this place!

the location was great, I had a little back yard with a table but plenty of privacy

the room could’ve been cleaner, there were some cobwebs and dust knocking about. the bed itself was perfectly clean as was the bathroom, just a bit more care around the curtains and in corners etc needed

They had some issues with heating / hot water when we were there. If they get that sorted, it's a great place to stay.
