El barrio, no conocía bien y debía llegar tarde a la hostal, no se veía grato para caminar de noche. Sin embargo, los uber llegan sin problema.

La anfitriona es una amor de persona, la cama era perfecta, todo muy limpio!

The owner was a very nice lady. We could park the car on the terrain.

The bathroom was not so clean. Communication was a bit hard as we don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English.

The house is nice and cozy. My room was good too. The breakfast was ready before I left to the airport in the morning so I appreciate it.

It is far from the terminal so you can never go for a walk to there. It is far from the terminal and the road is very uphill so you absolutely have to take a taxi. Signage is not very visible and hard to find. They said they would cancel the reservation if it was not possible to late check-in ( I let them know exact time in advance) in advance, but it was possible, so I made a reservation. However, everyone was sleeping with the lights off, and after waiting for a while, the owner's son came out and opened the door. It was said that it was possible to take a shower with hot water, but the water did not come out and the owner of the accommodation said that there was no problem because this was not the responsibility of the hostel. Then they told me to go to another hotel. At 1:30 in the morning! The room was so cold that you could breathe inside the room! The owner's grandmother had no interest in anything other than getting paid, and she didn't even let her use the heater for fear of her electricity bill going up. The whole house was very old and worn, but it felt unmaintained, and the bedding on the bed was very, very old, so there were lint all over and the old smell vibrated. Even the owner's son and owner's grandmother fought in front of me, and I had no choice but to stay for a few hours and leave at dawn. There was no soundproofing at all and the sound of someone snoring vibrated all the time. AirBnB has very close to the terminal and very friendly accommodations, but there are cheaper accommodations than here! Please avoid this hostel. It was not a hostel where I have to pay to sleep, but rather a hostel where I did not want to sleep even if I received money.

Room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was ok, the shower head wasn't the best and the hot water stopped working in the middle of my shower. Breakfast was ok.

It's a bit outside of the city center and bus station, like 20-25 minutes going up. It's a private house so no much privacy. Bathroom was a bit clumsy. The room was super cold.

The amenities still show kitchen but we were told we could not use the kitchen... For any reason that should be removed from the details as it is misleading and we got food to prepare dinner which we couldn't

Spacious and comfortable rooms, bathroom was fully equipped with everything you needed. Host was very flexible and accommodating to our needs and even made our breakfast to go when we had to leave for a flight earlier than breakfast was served.

The owner are nice and welcoming and the breakfast is okay.

The neighbourhood was not good. The bathroom at the base was definitely not clean. And i felt Not confortable going there. You didnt get a key for the front door. I had a single room at the base and i could hear the TV playing from the adjoining room. For the prize i would not recommend it.

convenient location to arrive late from the ferry. Safe parking off the main street. Wifi worked well.

Staff at the second hostel was very sweet and tried their best to accommodate us despite not being prepared to have guests.

The hostel canceled our reservation without telling us and required us to drive to a different location late at night. The “second location” they sent us to had no hot water at all and was poorly located with no on-site parking. Incredibly frustrating experience and poor service.

the host is very nice, the rooms are excellent, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location is allright, 15-20 minutes walk to the coast, center and busstation

on booking.com page it said there is a shared kitchen, but we were not allowed to use the kitchen. might be because of covid measures, but keep that in mind.

The breakfast was delicious and the lady is a lovely person!

It is a really dark block, but I think it's the way Pto Montt is.

A family run guesthouse with exceptionally friendly and courteous staff who also let us stay a bit longer when our flight was postponed. Furthermore, the place is set very home-like and was very pleasant to stay at. Prices are also very fair - good value for money! Lastly, the WiFi was probably the best of all my stays in Chile.

Location did not seem to be very central but that was not an issue for us since we had a rental car.
