I liked that the place was clean, spacious, well-maintained and centrally located. There's a Spar supermarket right across the road and a bakery just a few doors away. The host was super efficient.

The coffee machine didn't work, so we had to get our own coffee press. Also, and most importantly, there was no toiletries in the apartment and the towels were very limited - 1 per guest for the entire 5 days we stayed.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten im Zentrum, ist mit 70m2 sehr geräumig, und ist auch in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist mit einem Lift erreichbar. Auch das Parkhaus (Domgarage) liegt gleich um die Ecke (2 Minuten) und kostet in der Woche 40,- Euro. Ich hatte in Klagenfurt schon einige Apartements gebucht, aber diese Unterkunft war eine der Besten.

Die Matratze hätte ein bisschen härter sein können und das Kopfkissen dafür ein bisschen weicher.

Then they asked us for a tax, I didn't understand why, because I brought my student son to study, and we are not travelers. At the same time, the same tenants of Apartment 8, a mother with a student son, were not taxed. The owner was always in touch, contactless check-in is 100% convenient,the apartment is located in the city center near the railway station, the bus stop is 1 minute from the house. The apartment is cozy,high ceilings, clean. The furniture is modest, but it is quite enough for overnight accommodation and accommodation, there are all the necessary utensils, most importantly, a clean and fresh bed. In general, I liked the rest, I recommend the owner and the apartment.

Location is very central. Apartment is very spacious and although on the 4th floor the elevator made that easy.

Payment is after checkout which is unusual and my bank had issues with the money transfer to Austria. Some more local information on restaurants would be helpful.
