The owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of ideas of things to do around. The backyard with the pools had tables. Perfect for coffee.

The property served its purpose as a place to stay. The rooms were clean and had AC. It's not pretty to look at, but it worked. The kitchenette had utensils and appliances if you chose to cook. I appreciated the additional locks on the doors. My children and I felt safer knowing there was more than a key lock on the door.
The hosts' house isn't marked, and there were no check-in instructions provided (I ended up calling the number of the property, but it was late due to flight issues). A nightstand in the bedrooms would have been nice. Somewhere to set your phone down and the remote to the AC. Beach towels would also be nice.

The apt was nice but needed more work. The water when taking a shower was getting into the room. However, the owner of the place was Attentive and responded quickly with anything we needed

I’m sorry for this review but I have to tell the truth. It is a modified space from a principal house. Only one little window in the bathroom and another near de kitchenette. It was like a box. You can hear the water running through the pipes after someone else flush their toilets. No smoke alarms or monoxide detectors, very much needed because it is a very small space and has no other windows. It has an old electric shower heater. Very disappointing.

The location was perfect close to everything, peaceful & safe neighborhood. The pool & patio area was very relaxing.

I love the place...close to everything and the owner was a very nice guy...always willing to help you in everything....my arrival at the airport was a 5 am in the morning an he let me take my apartment very early in the morning at no extra cost....thank you joel for the great service and the love....

The location was perfect. The property is beautiful, a mi esposa le encantó. Our room was so nice, very spacious, very clean and fully equipped with full kitchen. We had a nice balcony with a view. The A/C was blowing so nice and cold when we walked in.
I Loved the 2 pools in the back and a nice big area with tables to eat, play dominoes and to just relax and have good conversation. Great for couples or the whole family. The parking was very convenient. Joel was so cool and professional.
Everything was perfect. There’s nothing that I didn’t like.

The fan almost caught fire it's was making a popping noise sounded lile electricity problem. And also had a roach in the sink.

No closet in the rooms. No tv in the rooms. No hot water. The bathroom was to small. Not enough parking for the facility.

Location. Staff was always available. There was hot water available to take a bath.
Windows in the room open but you could only see the back that was under construction and or had old storage, which is not a nice view at all. Basically no ventilation. The room did not smell fresh nor clean. Chairs in the living room were broken (one didn’t have the back). Overall furniture, look and feel, looks very old. The cost per night is excessively expensive. Beds are very uncomfortable.
