The view of Kotor

we booked for 5 persons but only had 4 places to sleep. The support we received was a message that others had coped as well and a link to a hotel at the other end of Kotor. Wi-Fi failed after one day and was not restored. The place was not clean.

All. This is stone dream house, equipped like your home. I would definitely come back. It was a group of 4 adults, comfortably was great.

Location within walking distance of Kotor was great for us. Cleverly designed duplex with almost a tiny house feel, like camping indoors.

Completely devoid of decoration made the place stark. No easy directions to get there; they need a sign facing drivers ( there is a sign on the gate that parallels the street, so you can’t see it while driving). No instructions for using the coffee percolator, and no coffee or any niceties for guests. Although there was a laundry machine (part of my desire to stay here), there was no laundry soap. The owners could do small things to make guests feel welcome! I had to call a few times to get directions since we passed the place a few times; get instructions on the stove operation, and find out there wasn’t laundry detergent. The person I communicated with over text and phone was responsive to my questions, which could easily have been avoided with a bit of care ahead of our arrival.

The house is modern and comfortable with a nice yard. The view from the bedroom is perfect!! The place itself is very small and not crowded so it is pleasant if you are looking for a quieter holiday, and the old town is very close.

The house does not have private access to the sea as the most of properties in the area have, no deck chairs or umbrellas. Kotor is very close, but since the house is located on the highway, which is very busy, it is not very pleasant for a walk. It was not very clean, there was a lot of cobwebs in the house, we barely managed to turn on the water heater (after the ice cold shower) and there is no laundry iron in the house (we only found empty box?).

10 meters to the sea

1. No regular disinfection in house. Result: millipedes (stonoga- as in local language) in the toilet, 10-12 cm length, smelling like dirty toilet. Approx. 1-2 millipede per day. Consider children, millipedes can climb 1-1.5 meters. 2. Customer’s complaint not met, however previously promised by Booking to reimburse the moral damage.
