Große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen und Blick auf den See, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd und neuem Backofen, gute Parkplatzsituation auf eingezäuntem Grundstück
Sehr laut an einer gut befahrenen, ansteigenden Straße gelegen, an der die Motorradfahrer gerne ihre Maschinen laut aufdrehen. Im Bad riecht es etwas muffig, Duschabtrennung ganz schön kaputt, einige Treppenstufen zur Wohnung

Die Lage.
Das ganze Gebäude war eingerüstet; damit hätte man sich arrangieren können.
Wir hatten von 7 Tagen 6 Tage kein warmes Wasser; das ist nicht akzeptabel. Auf Anfragen an den Vermieter zu diesem Problem gab es keine Rückmeldung oder Infos.

It is very nice appointment for family. Specially It is close to Luino city and lake. We was enjoyed lot. Host is very kind and make our request as our wish.

Very nice appartment, spacious, well equipped. Great for short as well as longer stays.
It would be nice to have wifi, but LTE coverage is good in the area, so not a big problem

Friendly host, excellent location. Perfect views of the lake. The views from the pool are also very nice and we were the only ones that used the pool.

Good location, few mins walking from Luino center. You can walk there. Basic but new furniture. All u need for a few days stay!
Nothing major really. Only cooker hood didn’t work properly so house was smelly after we cooked.
The location of the house in Booking isn’t exactly the correct one for some reason. Nothing major since I was able to communicate with the owner quite effectively.

Incredible views from the two terraces to the lake. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances and basic stuff. Extremely clean apartment. Closed quiet and peaceful complex. The swimming pool is very nice and well located. The car is parked in the complex and is completely safe. The town is a convenient location for Switzerland, Lago di Como and the Borromean Islands.
It would be good to have Wi-fi

Arrived around midnight, but wasn't a problem. Nice lake-view from the balcony. Sofa bed is comfortable, even for two adults.
