Loved the location!! The horses and sheep were so fun to see and interact with! The house was so cozy and had great amenities. Area is beautiful and just a great escape.

The listing was a little confusing on the amount of beds. We had understood it as 2 bedrooms, 1 room having a queen bed and 1 room having a queen bed and twin bed. And then a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room only had 1 queen bed in each. No twin bed. And the living room was just a regular couch, did not have a pull out sleeper/bed. We made it work for us. But it was just not what we had expected when booking.

The villa is situated in the country side, so you need a car, but it is not far from the main road so all the sights and the sea are easily reached if you have a car. I would recommend this place for families since the garden has a lovely playground area, lots of trees and is very safe for the children to run around freely. The jacuzzi is also a very nice addition. Rooms are spacious and tidy.

Beatiful house with good inventory. Highlight is the outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool and generous garden. Pool is ~1,1 meter depth ideal for children 6 years and older. Landlord is very responsive and helpful.

We were here as a small group of 4 people. Already on arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Stefan and his family. The property is really incredibly beautiful and idyllic. Besides the horse farm next door, we got every evening visit from the dog of the owner who gave us nice company and we could watch birds hatching. The kitchen has everything you need, the whole interior is very stylish and cozy and it was absolutely clean. The outdoor pool serves as a cool refresher on hot days and the jacuzzi in the pool house makes the cooler evenings go down well. We spent some evenings on the terrace and enjoyed the delicacies of Croatia with the grill. It was just all around successful and we would come back anytime. Thanks to Stefan and his family for this wonderful vacation at your house. Hope to see you again!

Beautiful place to fully relax your body and mind. We went there in the cold of November and loved it. Peaceful place with private spa area with jacuzzi, fireplace to keep you warm indide, 2 different kind of bbq grills, children playground, horses to ride... all in one place. Secluded for peace and quiet yet just a 5-10 min drive from lots of nice restaurants and places like Umag. Fully recommend. My 5yo daughter loved everything about the place, so did my wife, just great.

Very nice place. Comfortable and in addition there is small private spa zone with jacuzzi. In the nature but very close to the see and other atractions.

If ther will be small sauna it will be perfect
