Suficient de curat, ospitalitate, discreție, mic dejun diversificat, cafea bună la micul dejun etc.

La etajul. 9 a fost înnebunitor de cald,. Dacă rămâneam și a doua noapte ni se făcea rău. Am fost multumiti ca la rugămintea noastra am fost mutați la etajul 1. Acolo a fost buna temperatura în camera, dar în interiorul acestei camere (109) era un iz, un miros foarte urat, probabil de la canalizarea din dreptul balconului.

Surpriza placuta in ceea ce priveste camera - foarte spatioasa. Pat confortabil.

Fiind in afara sezonului, inca nu era totul pus la punct. Balconul si geamurile nespalate, micul dejun cam slab.

Sistemul de incalzire este destul de zgomotos.

The room is very spacious, clean and well furnished, the bathroom is clean. The breakfast is tasty. The staff is kind and helpful.

Absolut superb, hotelul, locația, camera, restaurantul, personalul.

Dupa check in am fost anuntat ca la ora 8 se opreste curentul, apa calda etc. m am trezit la 7, ca sa ma pregatesc…curentul nu s a mai oprit

Micul dejun era unul destul de bogat, dar serviciile oferite de ospătari lasă de dorit.Asteptare îndelungată pentru multe produse esențiale din micul dejun,ca acestea sa fie aduse de la bucatarie

Recepția. In special doamna Carmen. Camera și baia spațioasă. Patul, pernele și lenjeria de pat oferă un somn de calitate. Parcare mare.

Telecomanda din cameră nefuncțională. Perdelele la geam se trag greu. Micul dejun se poate îmbunătăți. Seiful din cameră nu este prins în perete.

Comfortable hotel, good breakfast, good internet access, free parking, good restaurant

Noisy groups of people, slamming doors, noisy house keepers at early hours, reception staff did nothing to reduce the noise.

location was very good with lake view and a a pathway with old trees. Silent if you like silence…

Very few guests in winter. So restaurants. coffee bar was closed.

The room was large and comfortable, we especially enjoyed the large balcony we had at the 8th floor. Breakfast was good, we liked it, it is not spectacular, but it is pretty decent. Again I would like to compliment the staff, as always when we stay here they try to make you feel as welcome as possible.

One elevator was out of order and given the size of the hotel (quite large) the waiting times at the remaining operating elevator were a bit long.

Good bed, shower, and warm full breakfast

Carpet had serious dirt stain that needed carpet cleaning because Hotel was only 20 per cent. Full they should take this room out of service until needed and cleaned properly

I traveled with my husband and 12 years old daughter, so we had an apartment, 2 rooms and 2bathrooms, very large and very confortable for all of us. Breakfast is fabulous! The hotel is inside Luna Park, in the park, close to the beach. The chef, Bazâru Adrian, is a wonderful person, very professional.

Conferince room is very unconfortable. Some of the staff are not so nice especially from the testaurant.
